The current study aimed to explore comprehensively college graduates' negative life experiences, coping strategies, and enlightenment in a qualitative way.This was study. Purposeful sampling used select 31 graduates majoring various subjects from Chinese University. one-on-one semi-structured interviews were conducted online through Tencent QQ/WeChat recorded transcribed verbatim. A phenomenological approach guide this research the data collection analysis. Thematic analysis identify themes across around their enlightenment.College experiences mainly focused on three aspects: work experience (eg, lack of adaptation, busy schedule, low salary), personal multiple pressure, psychological problems, hardship life), social incomprehension those you, complex interpersonal relationship, complexity). strategies they can be classified into two categories: emotion-focused accepting reality, self-persuasion, keeping positive attitude), problem-focused goal-setting, asking for help solve problem, persistence). As enlightenment, six emerged: accept life, strive love cherish recognize learn live.College came levels, use deal with challenges. Our results provide important guidance researchers policymakers design effective targeted intervention programs improve abilities response them better transition school work. Drawing on media richness theory, this study investigates the effect of rich media, such as virtual reality (VR), visit intentions for a specific destination. Specifically, research employs mixed-method approach, using abductive theorization to explore and confirm dimensions VR experience, notably those related telepresence, key concept in tourism through VR. Furthermore, aims elucidate how telepresence influences mental imagery, attitudes towards tourist destinations, actual intentions. To do this, qualitative data were gathered between February June 2022 from 34 semi-structured interviews with respondents who viewed video A second collected quantitative 400 participants face-to-face questionnaires after view August 2022. Abstract Many semi‐durable and durable consumer goods are composed of plastic. Yet, plastic pollution is one the most pressing environmental issues as it harms oceans marine biodiversity.
