Understanding
and
improving
employee
job
engagement
is
essential
for
organizational
success
in
today's
corporate
environment.
This
study
examines
the
effects
of
three
important
variables
on
work
among
Generation
Z
employees,
a
group
distinguished
by
distinct
socioeconomic
origins
attitudes:
well-being,
career
growth,
empowering
leadership.
With
438
respondents
from
Indonesia's
Z,
uses
quantitative
methodology
reveals
some
noteworthy
conclusions.
First
all,
it
finds
significant
positive
relationship
between
well-being
engagement,
highlighting
role
that
programs
promoting
physical
mental
wellness
have
raising
engagement.
Second,
emphasizes
critical
significance
leadership
showing
robust
correlation

philosophies

Abstract
The
psychological
resilience
of
teachers
has
gained
significant
attention
due
to
its
positive
effects
on
schools
and
students.
This
cross-sectional
quantitative
study
investigates
the
moderating
roles
gender
length
time
spent
with
school
principal
in
relationship
between
principals'
empowering
leadership
behaviors
teachers'
resilience.
Data
were
collected
from
362
working
public
primary,
secondary,
high
Siirt,
Türkiye.
Descriptive
statistics,
correlation
analysis,

entered
the
post-pandemic
era.
Although
pandemic

slowing
down,
it
still
a
strong
impact
on
education
scene.
Thus,
how
to
provide
students
with

effective

learning
style
