Understanding and improving employee job engagement is essential for organizational success in today's corporate environment. This study examines the effects of three important variables on work among Generation Z employees, a group distinguished by distinct socioeconomic origins attitudes: well-being, career growth, empowering leadership. With 438 respondents from Indonesia's Z, uses quantitative methodology reveals some noteworthy conclusions. First all, it finds significant positive relationship between well-being engagement, highlighting role that programs promoting physical mental wellness have raising engagement. Second, emphasizes critical significance leadership showing robust correlation these philosophies employees' Thirdly, how development opportunities are determining engaged employees at work. Abstract The psychological resilience of teachers has gained significant attention due to its positive effects on schools and students. This cross-sectional quantitative study investigates the moderating roles gender length time spent with school principal in relationship between principals' empowering leadership behaviors teachers' resilience. The world has gradually entered the post-pandemic era. Although pandemic been slowing down, it still a strong impact on education scene. Thus, how to provide students with an effective and flexible learning style is currently important educational issue. This study focused implementation of teaching improve effects based these special circumstances. To ensure realistic situation, experiment blended was conducted in university Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region China for short-term study, consideration supervision control. In this experiment, single-group quasi-experimental design method, using extended O-PIRTATD/S model, adopted research-method course designed majoring preschool education. 8-week flipped course, where first 4 weeks were online last taught offline, thus combining as course. A total 115 active participants recruited study. Based theoretical framework belief-action-outcome (BAO) five research hypotheses proposed aim constructing behavior pattern cognitive beliefs which could be verified by structural equation modeling. results concluded follows: 1. Academic self-efficacy had positive engagement, but negative load; 2. Cognitive load did not have significant engagement; 3. Learning engagement enhancement academic self-confidence; 4. self-confidence.

UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 states that "Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being at all ages is essential to sustainable development." The of college teachers deserves attention. Currently, in China are facing enormous challenges pressures, which may increase their emotional exhaustion (EE) hinder the development (WB). Therefore, this study examined Chinese teachers' relation work-life balance (WLB) EE. An online survey was conducted. valid subjects included 586 (367 females, 62.6%). We assessed WLB, EE, WB. results revealed among teachers, (1) WLB negatively correlated with but positively WB; EE (2) partially mediated relationship between (3) College who male, class tutors, public colleges scored higher on lower WB than those female, non-class private colleges, respectively. findings indicated an important factor for special attention should be paid China.

Preschool teachers’ organizational loyalty is critical to educational reform and success. It increases job stability, performance, commitment while reducing turnover. A sustainable workplace essential in the demanding preschool setting.
