Remote working became very popular during the early stages of COVID-19 outbreak and are advantageous in a variety ways like Possibility to work anywhere, at any time, no travel time or costs, less demands on employees, low operating more flexibility etc. The effects remote employee productivity performance, however, not fully understood because research topic is scattered conducted different situations. Therefore, goal this study give systematic review employees who were remotely since pandemic, as well how impacts their quality life. Following an extensive literature search, selection 18 articles from databases, including Scopus, Emerald, Google Scholar, Web Science database 2016 2023 chosen. According review, there was decline that might be attributed home, which has both benefits drawbacks for company. results also show home often feasible all cases many types job cannot done remotely. This suggests individuals eager use concept should increase technology information (IT) training capacity-building increased satisfaction.

The aim of this study is to investigate how employees' work-life balance (WLB) can be supported by various resources, and what mechanisms steer the use these resources achieve WLB. research based on Conservation Resources (COR) theory a multidimensional construct Casper et al. (2018). Through thematic analysis 89 semi-structured interviews with remote workers, identified three key that support ability maintain WLB: flexible work arrangements, autonomous work, time saving. More importantly, results revealed steered their self-efficacy, as well experiences trust from supervisors. contributes work-family providing comprehensive understanding it in working context. findings emphasize importance promoting agency building WLB enhancement individuals' self-efficacy. It suggested employers should ensure supervisors facilitate rather than hinder process. Detection and disclosure of workplace mental health challenges: an exploratory study from India DOI Creative Commons

Workplace mental health challenges have emerged as a significant concern post-pandemic. Despite this, the pervasive stigma surrounding illness leads to concealment of symptoms and reluctance seek professional help among employees. This study aims explore perception different stakeholders towards 'Detection disclosure' workplace in Indian context. Fifteen semi-structured interviews were conducted with human resource professionals, counselors, employees who had previously experienced challenge(s). Thematic analysis was done identify recurring themes sub-themes. Three critical pathways identified: minimizing inhibitory factors, including lack awareness, denial, low self-efficacy, stigma, underestimating organizational capability; maximizing encouraging psychological safety, perceived social support, communicating success stories; implementing supportive practices, generating awareness literacy, build capability, strengthen role managers, leadership advocacy, policies, processes. By fostering culture support prioritizing employee well-being, organizations India can create healthier more resilient work environments, benefiting both individuals larger society.

Purpose This article aims to investigate teleworking in public institutions, specifically focussing on the perspectives of technical-administrative employees at a Brazilian federal educational institution. Design/methodology/approach The research methodology involved use guided semi-structured interviews with servants. analysis applied prior set categories derived from advantages and disadvantages teleworking, as well favourable unfavourable aspects interaction between family relationships. Findings findings reveal range benefits associated primarily an improved quality life for workers. However, study also identified significant challenges, including excessive workload, social isolation difficulties separating personal professional life, corroborating previous studies. Research limitations/implications It is crucial note that majority participants have children or dependants, which could potentially influence their strategies experiences. demographic factor may play role how navigate work-from-home routines manage responsibilities, especially during COVID-19 pandemic. Background Occupational stress and job satisfaction significantly impact the well-being performance of healthcare professionals, including radiologists. Understanding complex interplay between these factors through network analysis can provide valuable insights into intervention strategies to enhance workplace productivity. Method In this study, a convenience sampling method was used recruit 312 radiologists for participation. Data on socio-demographic characteristics, measured by Minnesota questionnaire revised short version (MJSQ-RSV), occupational assessed using scale. Network employed analyze data in study.
