Pengenalan anak terhadap smartphone diawali dari cara pengalihan maupun pola asuh orang tua sekolah dan berharap dapat membantu dalam hal proses belajar. Tujuan peneliti untuk mengetahui hungan keluarga dengan tingkat penggunaan pada usia 10-12 tahun. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan korelasional pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi terdii 246 SD tahun sampel yang dihitung rumus slovin sebanyak 153 rresponden. Teknik pengambilan stratified random sampling uji statistik Spearman Rank (Rho). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan 46 (48,9%) menerapkan demokkratis. Tingkat 76 (49,7%) memiliki sedang. Dari nilai (ρ = 0,042, ρ<α 0,05) yaitu ada hubungan antara smartphone. Nilai koeisien korelasi r - 0,164 interpretasi koefisien sangat lemah maka disimpulkan semakin demokratis rendah di SDN Jember Lor 3. Diskusi Penggunaan terjadi dipengaruhi oleh jenis didapatkan tua. Diharapkan benar sesuai agar tidak mengalami kecanduan berlebihan sehingga meminimalisir dampak negatif Pada diharapkan memungkinkan tinggi.

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between digital addiction (DA) and physical activity (PA) levels in children adolescents. sample cross-sectional descriptive consists 400 students, 267 girls, aged 8-17, Izmir. participants were administered handgrip strength test, PA Level Scale (QPAC-C), DA Scale, which have been validated reliable Turkish for (55.7±15.8, M:3.52±0.62; F:3.40±0.56, p=0.200) (3.44±0.58) (23.9±9.82kg, M:25.3±13.2kg, F:23.2±7.58kg, p=0.525) compared according gender, results men higher than women. difference level (M:3.52±0.62, p=0.020) genders was significant (Mann-Whitney U). (p=0.325) ages (Kruskal Wallis), it found that significantly different (One-Way ANOVA). Background The growing problem of adolescent mobile phone addiction has attracted significant attention, underscoring the importance identifying approaches to address it. This review aims elucidate potential moderating factors between exercise and based on previous studies provide a reference for adolescents effectively participate in addiction. Methods Articles were searched CNKI, Web Science, Scopus, Cochrane, PsycINFO, PubMed databases according inclusion criteria followed Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Assessment Meta-analysis (PRISMA). quality literature was assessed by two independent reviewers using Cochrane Collaboration Risk Bias tool methodological assessment. performed Stata 15.1 software Meta-analysis, standardized mean difference (SMD) combined random effects model, subgroup analysis used explore heterogeneity. Results A total 12 studies, 17 samples, 861 subjects included meta-analysis, all randomized controlled trials. findings revealed that intervention significantly reduced (SMD = −3.11; 95% CI: −3.91, −2.30; p &lt; 0.001). effect moderated multiple variables, such as measurement tools, types, cycles, frequency, duration single intervention. Conclusion Our suggest could serve an effective strategy preventing or ameliorating adolescents. Based results this study, we encourage phone-addicted engage mix skills 30–60 min three more times weekly than eight consecutive weeks.

Abstract Background: As mobile phones have become essential in daily life, concerns arisen about their overuse and the emergence of phone addiction. Research indicates that excessive use can contribute to a variety health problems, including cognitive impairments, visual disturbances, hand discomfort, fatigue. This study investigated impact addiction on various parameters, status, eye health, fatigue, among university students. A total 293 students participated study. Methods: Students status was assessed via Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version (SAS-SV). The were divided into two groups according cutoff values given study: "addicted group(n:142) (SAS-SV value man>31, woman>33)", consisting those determined addiction, "control group (n:151)", nonaddictive tendencies. Chalder Fatigue Scale for fatigue evaluation, Cognitive Failures Questionnaire Cornell Hand Discomfort Ocular Surface Disease Index dryness used. Data collected online Google Forms following ethics committee approval. Results: addicted presented higher scores Questionnaire, indicating poorer performance(p<0.001). Additionally, significant differences observed levels (p=0.014), health(p=0.002). Notably, discomfort specific zones right (p<0,05). However, no found other regions hand(p>0,05).
