As digital transformation accelerates across industries, understanding its role in shaping sustainable employee behavior is essential, particularly mission-driven sectors like healthcare. This study investigates how digitization influences economic among healthcare professionals, emphasizing the mediating of well-being and moderating influence learning orientation. Rooted Job Demands–Resources (JD–R) model, adopts a quantitative approach with data collected from 503 employees, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, hospitals Istanbul Ankara, Turkey. Structural equation modeling moderated mediation analysis reveal that significantly enhances well-being, which subsequently fosters behavior. Additionally, orientation strengthens both direct relationship between sustainability, as well indirect effect through well-being. Objective This study examined the relationships between teacher competency, occupational stress, emotional exhaustion, sense of professional achievement, and work engagement among secondary school physical education teachers. It also investigated demographic differences in these variables tested structural invariance proposed model across genders.
