The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an unanticipated shift nursing practice to meet the sudden increase demand for pandemic-related care, leaving nurses unable provide acceptable services patients way they were taught and expected do. It put under more stress most of them dissatisfied with their work due excessive burnout.The study determined level burnout among front-line working at Ministry Health Hospitals Najran, Saudi Arabia during pandemic.A total 1594 chosen using a convenience sampling approach. Clinical competency is the ability to integrate knowledge, skills, attitudes and values into a clinical situation it very important in nursing education, settings, management, crises. This study aimed investigate nurses' professional competence its correlates before during COVID-19 pandemic.We conducted this cross-sectional outbreak recruited all nurses working hospitals affiliated Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences, southern Iran, so we included 260 246 epidemic, respectively. Abstract Background The COVID-19 epidemic has brought significant changes and complexities to nurses’ working conditions. Given the crucial role of health workers, particularly nurses, in providing healthcare services, it is essential determine workload, its association with quality work life (QWL) during epidemic, explain factors predicting their QWL. Methods A total 250 who provided care for patients Imam Hossein Hospital Shahrud, met inclusion criteria, were considered samples present cross-sectional study 2021–2022. Data collected using demographic questionnaire, NASA Task Load Index (TLX), Walton’s QWL which analyzed SPSS26 based on descriptive inferential statistical tests. p-value less than 0.05 was all cases. Results mean scores workload 71.43 ± 14.15 88.26 19.5, respectively. Accumulating evidence suggests that pregnancy-related anxiety (PRA) has adverse impacts on maternity health and infant development. ABSTRACT The nursing profession has been significantly affected by the COVID‐19 pandemic, and nurses continue to suffer emotionally psychologically. purpose of this study was describe experiences chronic ongoing occupational psychological trauma have endured during pandemic present day. China witnessed an Omicron COVID-19 outbreak at the end of 2022. During this period, medical crowding and enormous pressure on healthcare systems occurred, which might result in occurrence occupational burnout among workers (HCWs). This study aims to investigate prevalence associated mental conditions, such as depressive symptoms, anxiety, PTSD perceived social support, resilience, mindfulness HCWs Chinese mainland during outbreak, explore potential risk protective factors influencing HCWs. A multicenter cross-sectional was conducted working from January 5 February 9, 2023. total 6552 participants were recruited by convenience sampling. (1) Background: Psychological burnout (BO) is one of the most significant challenges faced by university students. This study aimed to explore perceived levels BO, psychological resilience (PR), and hardiness among students in Jordan. It also investigated factors that may contribute BO. (2) Methods: Using a cross-sectional design, total 1219 (female = 933 (76.5%), male 286 (23.5%)) were conveniently selected from four universities (two public two private) represent sample. (3) Results: Results found 40.39% had severe BO levels, although them acceptable PR (92.74%) (83.7%) levels. Unmarried at universities, medical schools, fourth-year or beyond showed higher than any other category. A negative correlation (p < 0.05) was observed both variables.
