The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic brings many challenges to the daily work of nurses who put their lives and health at risk for general public every day. This causes them be highly stressed work, mental strain, lowers level job satisfaction. aim research was assess stress satisfaction working in infectious diseases wards. Materials methods survey conducted among 169 period from February April 2022. study using diagnostic method, technique a questionnaire survey, tool provided Google Form. differences between qualitative variables were analyzed χ2 test independence. We use independence (non-parametric significance two or more independent samples) whether measured nominal higher comparison groups differ each other. p <0.05. calculations made with SPSS 25 software. Results Work direct contact people infected coronavirus performed by majority respondents. Only about 18.0% used psychological assistance during pandemic. Among harmful nuisance factors workplace, respondents mentioned stress, potentially material, infection despite appropriate personal protective equipment cuts. During the COVID-19 pandemic, medical staff were commonly exposed to stress, work under pressure, and long shifts, may have experienced a fear of infecting loved ones or for their own health. All these factors increased likelihood that healthcare workers will experience symptoms depression, anxiety, other mental health disorders. In this cross-sectional study, group respondents was gathered from employees 78 hospitals in Poland. A questionnaire completed electronically by 282 people, aged between 20 years. The study used Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS) MiniCOPE examine anxiety depression symptoms, coping strategies, respectively. With age, declared fewer tended milder depression. Participants with chronic illnesses, mood disorders, disorders also reported higher levels symptoms. More than 20% felt need consult psychologist. entire professionals surveyed, most strategies stress "denial", "psychoactive drug alcohol use", "cessation activities", while least strategy "acceptance". Burnout is common in public trust professions that help people, particularly healthcare. Professional burnout a psychological syndrome of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and lowered sense personal achievement individuals who work with other people. Research has also shown occupational can result from the incompetence employees. This study aimed to examine coping strategies among nurses working different hospital settings. A group consisted 1103 Polish female non-invasive, intensive care, surgical units. The following validated tools were used: Maslach Inventory (MBI) Mini-COPE questionnaire. largest contribution was depersonalization (mean score 51.57) and, lesser extent, exhaustion 47). smallest impact recorded for job satisfaction 28.76). Nurses departments younger, less burned out, dealt stress better than non-invasive care wards most out sample. experienced least work. In conclusion, professional depends on settings, this specification should be considered recognizing problem nurses. Considering strategies, results suggest need tailored interventions support programs specifically designed high-stress environments such as unit ward.
