The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic brings many challenges to the daily work of nurses who put their lives and health at risk for general public every day. This causes them be highly stressed work, mental strain, lowers level job satisfaction. aim research was assess stress satisfaction working in infectious diseases wards. Materials methods survey conducted among 169 period from February April 2022. study using diagnostic method, technique a questionnaire survey, tool provided Google Form. differences between qualitative variables were analyzed χ2 test independence. We use independence (non-parametric significance two or more independent samples) whether measured nominal higher comparison groups differ each other. p <0.05. calculations made with SPSS 25 software. Results Work direct contact people infected coronavirus performed by majority respondents. Only about 18.0% used psychological assistance during pandemic. Among harmful nuisance factors workplace, respondents mentioned stress, potentially material, infection despite appropriate personal protective equipment cuts. Conclusions Stress workplace felt especially due need operate specialized equipment, not yet operated Nurses mainly exposed related performing difficult responsible activities. small part definitely satisfied work.

A group consisted 1103 Polish female non-invasive, intensive care, surgical units. The following validated tools were used: Maslach Inventory (MBI) Mini-COPE questionnaire. largest contribution was depersonalization (mean score 51.57) and, lesser extent, exhaustion 47). smallest impact recorded for job satisfaction 28.76).
