The marital status of young medical workers deserves attention due to their working situation, occupational, and personal characteristics. This study investigated the decisions influencing factors (i.e., beliefs, policy, work stress, social support, demographic variables) among 500 in China. results found that majority decide marry have children, most them choose or children before age 30, only one child, no preference for sex child. Young placed highest importance on relationships four dimensions beliefs salience, context, traditional norms, relationships). further showed gender, age, educational level, job type, census register, satisfaction with policy had influences decisions. In future, should be paid different groups' decisions, help improve intimate relationships, enhance awareness marriage childbearing, strengthen welfare policies services.

Although COVID-19 is no longer a public health emergency, its mental effects on healthcare workers persist. This study investigated the relationship between working conditions, sleep, and stress among Colombian hospital personnel during pandemic. In this cross-sectional study, 79 completed questionnaires stress, sleep. Sleep duration was measured with Fitbit Armbands. Associations were analyzed using Generalized Linear Models Gamma ordinal distributions. Approximately 79% of participants reported high to very levels (61% "very high," 18% "high"). complications minimal, averaging 6.2 hours. Nurses showed significantly higher sleep than administrative workers. Overtime correlated less while who had lower stress. The highlights connections suggesting targeted promotion programs could enhance work-life balance.

This study examined the prevalence of anxiety and depression-along with potential risk protective factors-among Chinese prison officers during prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. A cross-sectional survey 1,268 from five prisons in western southern China was administered between June July 2022. The questionnaires comprised two sections. In first section, Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were used to evaluate depression, respectively, among officers. second influencing factors examined. Categorical data compared using χ2 tests t-tests; binary logistic regression analysis performed identify associated depression. rates depression 72.6% 69.8%, respectively. Risk for older age, being unmarried, work-family conflicts, job demands, burnout; exercise, positive family relationships, group cohesion. Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted the wellness and health of individuals, particularly healthcare staff. Effective coping mechanisms have been identified as crucial in managing emotional responses Objectives: This study aimed to assess response strategies among nurses working COVID referral hospitals Morang district. Methodology: A cross-sectional online questionnaire survey was conducted from June October 2021, employing total population enumeration technique with 350 nurses. Emotional were assessed using PANAS-GEN scale, evaluated a modified Brief Cope Inventory (BCI). Statistical analyses included Mann-Whitney U-test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson linear correlation, multiple regressions. Results: majority participants (84.6%) aged 21-30 years, 97.1% female. Emotional-focused slightly higher over 31 those two or more children (p=0.019). significant relationship observed between response. Objectives: In the state of public health emergencies, healthcare professionals worldwide work under traumatic circumstances leading to deteriorated mental well-being, psychological pressure, depression, and professional burnout. Methods: This study attempted assess some unique constructs like fnancial impact as well adaptation capabilities, coping mechanisms professionals, when they encounter emergencies. Background: A sudden outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection in the Tibetan Autonomous Region August 2022 disrupted disease 2019 (COVID-19)-free status over past 3 years and poses risks to public health. Methods: total 2966 patients caregivers were admitted our hospital from 01, October 10, cases negative-to-positive conversion analyzed during hospitalization. Results: In total, 193 identified. The rates hospitalization for adults (age, ≥15 years), children 0–14 4.04%, 3.07%, 5.94%, respectively. For majority COVID-19 cases, occurred within 1–4 days. with mild, moderate, symptoms 41.45%, 46.63%, 11.92%, population accounted 86.01% all positive cases.
