Asia's inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) burden has rapidly increased recently, but the epidemiological trends in Asia remain unclear. We report IBD's incidence, prevalence, mortality, and Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALY) 52 Asian countries from 1990 to 2019.Data Global Burden of Disease 2019 were analyzed for IBD across countries, using metrics like mortality rates, DALY. The trend was assessed with Joinpoint APC methods. Decomposition frontier analyses examined factors behind case death changes. Abstract Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), with an increasing incidence, pose a significant health burden. Although there have been advances in the treatment of IBD, more progress is still needed. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) has shown to treat host conditions such as carbon monoxide poisoning, decompression sickness, and gas gangrene. In last few years, increase research into use HBOT adjunct conventional for IBD. Related that may exert its therapeutic effects by decreasing oxidative stress, inhibiting mucosal inflammation, promoting ulcer healing, influencing gut microbes, reducing incidence IBD complications. Abstract Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, is a chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract with unknown etiology. The cause IBD widely considered multifactorial, prevailing hypotheses suggesting that microbiome various environmental factors contribute to inappropriate activation mucosal immune system in genetically susceptible individuals. Although incidence has stabilized Western countries, it rapidly increasing newly industrialized particularly China, making global disease. Significant changes multiple biomarkers before diagnosis during preclinical phase provide opportunities for earlier intervention. Advances technology have driven development telemonitoring tools, such as home-testing kits fecal calprotectin, serum cytokines, therapeutic drug concentrations, well wearable devices testing sweat cytokines heart rate variability. Understanding the temporal trends in epidemiology of colorectal cancer (CRC) and early-onset CRC (EOCRC) China is essential for policymakers to develop appropriate strategies reduce burden.The prevalence, incidence, mortality, years life lived with disability (YLDs), lost (YLLs), disability-adjusted (DALYs) were obtained from Global Burden Disease (GBD) Study 2019. The escalation of urbanization correlates with rising rates inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), necessitating research into new etiological factors.
