Abstract Background: Monkeypox is a zoonotic disease caused by the monkeypox virus, which increasingly recognized as worldwide serious, public health concern. Our aim to investigate knowledge and attitude of among Chinese college students. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 8,897 students from China. An e-questionnaire used collect data (17 items), (12 baseline criteria. The relationship between range factors with studied using univariate multivariate analyses. Results: 79.33% participants were female; 89.10% Han nationality; 72.50% came rural areas; 50.39% in their first year; 80.65% medical majors. 50.88% had good 57.11% positive towards it. Abstract Background Historically, epidemics have been accompanied by the concurrent emergence of stigma, prejudice, and xenophobia. Abstract Background Monkeypox (Mpox) virus infection is a topic of growing interest today because its potential public health impact and concern about possible outbreaks. Reliable up-to-date sources information that provide accurate data on transmission, symptoms, prevention, treatment are essential for understanding effectively addressing this disease. Methods An exhaustive systematic review meta-analysis was carried out using available in PubMed, Scopus, Web Science, Embase, ScienceDirect databases up August 3, 2023. Background Monkeypox (Mpox) is a re-emerging infectious disease representing new global challenge. It poses substantial threat to countries, particularly those with low number of cases. Due its popularity as tourist destination and proximity many African refugees, Egypt potentially at risk Mpox importation. Therefore, effective management necessitates healthcare workers (HCWs) possess adept knowledge, along positive attitude behavior. The study aimed assess the attitude, perception Egyptian HCWs medical students towards human Mpox. Methods present cross-sectional data was collected from participants between October December 2022 via questionnaire. questionnaire comprised 31 questions in knowledge section, 11 14 section. Results involved total 1,034 students. found that 55.3% demonstrated adequate about Mpox, whereas 44.5% 39.8% respondents exhibited favorable attitudes perceptions disease, respectively. Abstract Background The recent increase in human mpox (monkeypox) cases emphasizes the importance of early detection, prompt response and preventive management to control spread disease. Healthcare workers (HCWs) play a crucial role this process. This study aimed determine global knowledge attitudes towards among HCWs. Methods searched multiple databases, including Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed/MEDLINE, Science Direct, Web Science, Embase, Springer ProQuest, locate various publications. search was limited English-language articles published between May 2022 (when incidence reported) August 2023. Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) quality checklist utilized evaluate included studies. Data were obtained using Microsoft Excel spreadsheet subsequently scrutinized through STATA software, version 14. heterogeneity studies assessed inverse variance Cochran Q statistics based on I2 test statistics.
