Methods Conducted two districts Guangzhou, China, this cross-sectional included 262 with mild-to-severe disabilities. Disability levels were assessed using “Assessment Standard for Long-term Care Disability” from Medical Insurance Bureau, including Activities Daily Living (ADL), Cognitive Ability, Sensory Perception Communication Skills (SPCS). Dietary data collected via Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) used calculate DII intake nutrients (e.g., Protein, Carbohydrate Fat). A multivariable ordinal logistic regression model was employed analyze influence various on adults. Restricted cubic spline sensitivity analyses assess association adult population. Results Inactivity (never exercising, OR = 8.48, 95% CI 2.30–31.31) reduced activity (formerly 4.85, 1.39–16.96), stroke (OR 2.78, 1.61–4.80), dementia 2.69, 1.26–5.78) significantly associated increased disability. Background/Objectives: Nurse practitioners (NPs) play a pivotal role in delivering medical care, leveraging their specialized training and broader range of authorities than registered nurses, as approved by the Ministry Health. Since 2009, Israel has expanded NP to include diverse specialties such palliative geriatrics, diabetes, surgery, health policy. Introducing new professional into system is complex, resource-intensive process that requires collaboration across stakeholders. Globally, NPs are recognized for preventing hospitalizations achieving improved care outcomes, with high patient satisfaction. However, Israel, NPs’ perceptions contributions remain underexplored. This study aims assess perception, system, attitudes toward development geriatric care. Methods: The mixed-methods included 26 in-depth interviews an online survey 89 (29 geriatrics 60 care). Background As global populations age, the suitability of community outdoor spaces for older adult residents has become a critical urban planning concern. However, comprehensive evaluation methods assessing these are lacking. Objective: This study aims to evaluate aging-suitability in Zhengzhou, China, and provide optimization suggestions planners policymakers. Methods An index system was established using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), with as goal layer. The criteria layer included behavioral activities, green space configuration, transportation road systems, basic service facilities. semantic differential (SD) method employed conduct among three communities (A, B, C) Zhengzhou city. Results revealed that generally had favorable assessment their spaces’ aging-suitability. Community A received highest overall rating. Green configuration systems emerged factors influencing Conclusion combined AHP-SD approach proved effective evaluating spaces. identified key areas improvement each community, variations strengths weaknesses across sites. Implications: Based on findings, proposed four aspects: enhancing improving landscapes, refining upgrading These recommendations can guide policymakers creating more age-friendly environments.
