Rural economic development requires quick and appropriate action to maximise existing resources in the village through an entrepreneurial movement. One solution is build a Tourism Village, which will increase role of Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) around area. Therefore, it very important for MSMEs have good financial management order improve their business performance. This study aims identify evaluate level effectiveness Kampung Ketupat, Jalan Mangkupalas, Kelurahan Mesjid, Samarinda Seberang, City, East Kalimantan. The method used this research qualitative observation interviews with key informants Ketupat. results showed that Ketupat based on system capital assistance, joint venture profit sharing PKK. said be effective because fulfils Empowerment index, index assesses empowerment MSMEs. Determinants of Digital Innovation in Micro and Small Industries

Micro and small industries (MSIs) must utilize digital technology if they hope to meet obstacles endure in a market that is always evolving owing technological advancements. This study aims examine the capacity of business factors, marketing constraint credit entrepreneur firm factors as determinants innovation proxied by internet adoption usage levels (for communication information, for promotion, buying selling, fintech). uses sample size 90,295 MSIs secondary data from survey 2019. As analytical tools, logit ordinary least square (OLS) were employed. The findings demonstrate MSIs’ are substantial continuously affect innovation, primarily its influence motivator. These results will hopefully offer insights government consideration regarding policies on how encourage themselves references when about make decisions.

Emerging trends in FinTech and financial inclusion: A review and bibliometric analysis

FinTech has enabled various financial institutions to reach a larger and more diverse customer base, thus making the unbanked population financially inclusive. This paper aims systematically review academic papers on Financial Inclusion FinTech. A combination of these two themes, followed by bibliometric network analysis, is carried out for period ranging from 2012 2021, encompassing 219 Scopus publications. The analysis shows that this topic recently acquired interest sufficient potential grow in future. Further, cluster highlights five themes researchers, namely: Digital Technologies MSMEs; Innovation Sustainable Development; Information Systems Regulation Mobile Money; Inclusion; Adoption Literacy. Moreover, it observed study evaluating influence Literacy Adoption, which leads Inclusion, would fill other research gaps study.
