Two surveys were conducted to assess the prevalence and risk factors of ovine caseous lymphadenitis (CL) explore association between its superficial visceral forms in Sardi sheep Settat province, Morocco. A total 1521 sheep, including 318 lambs < 6 months, 572 young aged 6-24 631 adult > 24 examined from 57 flocks. Superficial CL levels as follows: 69/318 lambs, 292/572 114/631 sheep. Additionally, 2124 1813 311 inspected slaughterhouses ante- post-mortem. Among all infected animals, abscesses was notably higher (83%, OR = 9.8, 95% CI 5.5-17.2) compared (35%). Data on flock size, sex, age, body condition score, rearing methods, hygienic measures collected. Suspected cases confirmed using quadruplex-PCR. Poor barn ventilation, lack abscess control, younger age identified key for CL. a high percentage (89%) animals with thoracic did not display lesions. While control have been reported previous studies, ventilation appears be new, but important, factor. In conclusion, province are linked breeding management practices. Several tools can be used mitigate HS in dairy cows. The aim of this study was evaluate the effect thermoregulatory mineral supplementation on cows' physiological response reproductive status. Thirty pluriparous Holstein cows (2.8 ± 0.3 lactation), from a semi confinement production system (freestall barn), were enrolled 35 days duration experiment, divided into two groups: 15 receiving mixture containing calcium, sodium, chlorine, potassium (200 g/day; TRT); and, that did not receive any type supplement (CON). Data respiration rates (RR), rectal temperature (RT), milk yield, barn temperature, relative humidity, humidity index (THI) obtained weekly evaluations (D7, D14, D21, D28, D35). ANOVA correlation analysis compare variables between groups, climate variables, regardless group. Conducted a commercial dairy farm in Brazil, maize was ensiled experimental bag silos treated with varying levels O3 (0%, 1.25%, 3.12%, 4.15%, 6.25%). The findings revealed minimal nutrient losses starch, non-fiber carbohydrates, crude protein, total digestible nutrients compared to untreated fresh maize. O3-treated silages exhibited increased ash, ether extract, calcium, phosphorus. Notably, application 3.12% 4.15% improved characteristics, significantly reducing mold yeast populations, which are common issues farm-produced demonstrated that is promising additive for enhancing quality silage, offering an effective alternative traditional preservatives.

Using the Instagram account "Stalla Didattica Unibo," established December 2020, a survey was conducted with 102 respondents, primarily consisting of university students (44.12%). The respondents were divided into 2 major groups: general population, latter comprising professionals others not currently programs. In overall age group 25-34 accounted for 51%, but among students, it 73.3%. terms gender distribution, there female majority population (59.8%) male (73.3%). Most responders from Italy, Emilia-Romagna contributing significantly. Engagement measured only by length time participants followed also active interactions such likes, comments, shares. Among total 47.1% had page over year, compared 37.8% students. Importantly, engagement metrics showed participation, reporting improved knowledge (75.6% 74.5% students) practical application content (64.4% 67.6% students). Content preferences varied, favoring quizzes (33.3%) stories (17.8%), while stronger preference standard posts (36.3%). Impact defined perceived influence respondents' learning professional practices, 46.7% 52.9% agreeing or strongly that positive impact their skills. Furthermore, 84.3% 77.8% stated they would recommend to others, underscoring account's effectiveness digital tool. highlights potential enhance education suggests further research explore broader these strategies across different contexts platforms.

The impact of 15% dietary inclusion Spirulina ( Arthrospira platensis ) in broiler chickens was explored, focusing on blood cellular components, systemic metabolites and hepatic lipid mineral composition. From days 14 to 35 age, 120 were divided allocated into four treatments: a standard corn soybean meal-based diet (control), diet, extruded super-dosed with an enzyme blend (0.20% porcine pancreatin plus 0.01% lysozyme). haematological analysis revealed no significant deviations p > 0.05) cell counts across treatments, suggesting that high maintains balance. metabolic assessment indicated enhanced antioxidant capacity birds diets < 0.001), pointing toward potential reduction oxidative stress. However, the study noted detrimental growth performance metrics, such as final body weight feed conversion ratio (both Spirulina-fed supplementation failing alleviate these effects but extrusion mitigating them. Regarding composition, enzyme-supplemented showed notable increase n -3 fatty acids (EPA, DPA, DHA) leading improved -6/ PUFA 0.001). Despite this positive shift, total lipids = 0.003) observed without change cholesterol levels. Our findings underscore need for further exploration optimal levels, processing methods enzymatic enhancements diets.
