The
diabetic
autonomic

prevalence

resistance
necessitates
exploration
innovative
treatment
alternatives
mitigate

our
study,
we
curated
list
thirty
phytochemicals
based
on
previous
literature
subjected
them
molecular
docking
studies.
Subsequently,
eight
phytocompounds-Glabridin,
Isoliquiritin,
Sanguinarine,
Liquiritin,
Glycyrrhetic
acid,
Beta-carotin,
Diosgenin,
Sarsasapogenin-were
meticulously
chosen

evaluation,

dynamic
simulations
(MDs)
comparison
with
conventional
drug,

their

pharmacokinetic
properties,

is
a

polyphenolic
compound

colorectal

xenograft
