We aimed to evaluate the effect of emotional dysregulation and impulsivity on suicidality in patients with bipolar disorder by comparing healthy individuals. The study included 85 (59 women, 26 men) education age-matched 65 (44 21 volunteers. The patient group was separated into 3 different groups if they have a suicide attempt history, or suicidal ideation without attempt, neither nor ideation. Sociodemographic Form, Difficulties Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS), Barratt Impulsivity (BIS-11), for Suicidal Ideation, Suicide Behaviors Questionnaire scales were applied participants.Patients (n=85) had significantly higher scores emotion than controls (p<0.001, p<0.001). DERS, BIS-11, ideation, behavior correlated. DERS Total BIS attempts According hierarchical regression analysis, strategies, clarity, non-planning impulsiveness found as predictors patients.Suicidal has significant relationship between BD. Clinicians must carefully among this population develop treatment strategies prevention.

Abstract Advanced psychiatric treatments remain uncertain in preventing suicide among adolescents. Across the 21 Swedish regions, using nationwide registers between 2016–2020, we found negative correlation adolescent excess mortality (AESM) and regional frequencies of clozapine, ECT, lithium (CEL) usage adolescents (β = −0.613, p 0.0003, 95% CI: −0.338, −0.889) males −0.404, 0.009, −0.130, −0.678). No was females ( 0.197). Highest CEL male seen regions with lowest quartile (Q1) AESM (W 74, 0.012). Regional treatment frequency 15–19-year-olds related to lower males, reflecting potential efficacy, compliance or better-quality mental health care. Suicide prevention may benefit from early recognition for severe illness The results indicate association but further research, independent samples both prospective observational methodologies, is needed confirm causality.

Abstract: Our internal balance, or homeostasis, is threatened perceived as by stressful stimuli, the stressors. The stress system a highly conserved that adjusts homeostasis to resting state. Through concurrent activation of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and locus coeruleus/norepinephrine-autonomic nervous systems, provides appropriate physical behavioral responses, collectively termed “stress response”, restore homeostasis. If response prolonged, excessive even inadequate, several acute chronic stress-related pathologic conditions may develop in childhood, adolescence adult life. On other hand, earlylife exposure stressors has been recognized major contributing factor underlying pathogenesis non-communicable disorders, including neurodevelopmental disorders. Accumulating evidence suggests early-life associated with an increased risk for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder autism spectrum offspring, although findings are still controversial. Nevertheless, at molecular level, alter chemical structure cytosines located regulatory regions genes, mostly through addition methyl groups. These epigenetic modifications result suppression gene expression without changing DNA sequence.
