systems.

contain
several
proteins
on
their
surface,
among
which
the
perilipin
(Plin)
family
stands
out
as
most
abundant
group
LD-binding
proteins.
They
play
a
pivotal
role
influencing
behavior
functionality
LDs,
regulating
lipase
activity,
preserving
balance
between
synthesis
degradation,

crucial

Abstract
Glioma
is
a
common
and
destructive
brain
tumor,
which
highly
heterogeneous
with
poor
prognosis.
Developing
diagnostic
prognostic
markers
to
identify
treat
glioma
early
would
significantly
improve

therapeutic
outcomes.
Here,
we
conducted
RNA
next-generation
sequencing
33
samples
15
normal
samples.
We
found
Perilipin
1
(PLIN1)
downregulated
in
correlated
poorer
outcome.
Subsequent
experiments

that

regulation

PLIN1

repressed

glioma.

Cancer-associated
fibroblasts
are
an
essential
part
of
the
tumor
immunoenvironment,
playing
key
roles
in
malignancy
progression
and
treatment
response.

cancer-associated
fibroblasts-related
genes
(CAFs)

cancer
(CRC)
