An efficient isoquinoline-fused benzimidazole-based "turn-on" fluorescence receptor 9,10-bis(2-phenylhydrazineyl)-7H-benzo[de]imidazo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-7-one OXPH(ANQ) and "turn-off" 9,10-bis((3-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)propyl)amino)-7H-benzo[de]imidazo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-7-one OXPID(ANQ) were prepared characterized by various spectral techniques. The sensing behavior of receptors was demonstrated UV-vis experiments, naked-eye detection exhibited prominent visual emission color change toward Cu2+/Cl- Fe3+ over other testing cations/anions in DMSO:water (9:1, ν/v) solution. 1:1 binding stoichiometry confirmed Job's plot, FT-IR, mass titration, also DFT studies with target ions as evidence for the nature OXPH(ANQ)/OXPID(ANQ) ions, respectively. In the municipality of Los Reyes, Michoacán, in Mexico, several economic activities coexist; however, most relevant is agriculture. It stands out as an agro-industrial center and commercial enclave region, suitable for cultivation sugar cane; currently fruit growing takes first place with blackberry, raspberry blueberry, followed by avocado, peach, strawberry other crops. A large quantity variety pesticides are applied to crops, consequently population at constant risk. Chemoenzymatic assay systems are widely used to detect toxicants in various samples, including food and environment specimens. Pesticides can affect the health of individual organisms and function entire ecosystem. Therefore, thorough assessment risks associated with use pesticides is a high-priority task. An enzyme inhibition-based assay used in this study as convenient quick tool to effects at molecular level. The contribution formulants toxicological properties pesticide formulations has been studied by analyzing 7 active ingredients (AIas) 10 commercial based on them (AIfs) wide range systems differing complexity (single-, coupled, three-enzyme systems). Results have compared AIas AIfs bioluminescence luminous bacterium Photobacterium phosphoreum. Mostly, produce considerably stronger inhibitory effect activity than AIas, which confirms formulation. current demonstrate that "inert" are not ecotoxicologically safe augment formulations; therefore, their should be controlled more strictly.
