Abstract Brazil is a major pesticide consumer with evident problems in regulation and supervision of such products. Thus, evaluating the impact pesticides on human health pivotal to understanding their relationship disease development progression. In this context, we aimed assess panel molecular pathways associated cancer susceptibility, as well exposure lifestyle profile group Brazilian farmers occupationally exposed pesticides. We performed clinical exome sequencing 31 diagnosed presenting history exposure. Exposure to pesticides in Arab countries is a significant public health concern due extensive agricultural activity and pesticide use. This systematic review aimed evaluate the genotoxic effects of exposure region, identify research gaps, assess methodological limitations. Following PRISMA guidelines, comprehensive search yielded five relevant studies conducted Egypt, Syria, Jordan. Various genotoxicity assays were employed, revealing higher level DNA damage exposed compared non-exposed individuals. Farmers exhibited significantly occurrence chromosomal translocation (t(14;18)), micronuclei, aberrations. However, only two assessed cytotoxicity indirectly. The predominantly focused on male participants, with variations sample size types. lack detailed data necessitates cautious interpretation. underscores need for further occupational Middle East. Future should adopt robust study designs, collect biological environmental samples, conduct repeated sampling, analyze seasonal variations, encompass diverse sites associated specific crop groups.

The pesticide abamectin, which is often used in agriculture, poses a threat to aquatic animals. Though its toxicity fish has not yet been fully understood. In this study, we the comet assay examine effects of being subjected various dosages abamectin on genotoxic impact Cyprinus carpio. During 10 days, common carp were exposed three different doses (0.3, 0.6, and 0.9 mg L-1) based previously discovered levels environments.
