ChatGPT, a cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) tool with the potential to transform education, has gained global recognition. Learners' attitudes toward new technologies significantly influence their use of AI tools, such as ChatGPT. However, variable-centered studies struggle fully capture heterogeneity attitudes. This study employed person-centered approach (latent profile analysis) and thematic analysis uncover students' behavioral intentions regarding Utilizing meticulous stratified random sampling approach, this conducted mixed-method based on representative data from 850 Chinese university students, revealing three profiles: Positive Embracers, Cautious Rational Optimism, Complex Attitudinal Profile. Of participants, 80.2% showed Optimism profile, where Embracers notably higher ChatGPT intentions. These findings emphasize need for multidimensional approaches when studying is first explore attitude diversity, offering directions strong evidence future research education.

Abstract Artificial intelligence models, like ChatGPT, have the potential to revolutionize higher education when implemented properly. This study aimed investigate factors influencing university students’ attitudes and usage of ChatGPT in Arab countries. The survey instrument “TAME-ChatGPT” was administered 2240 participants from Iraq, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan. Of those, 46.8% heard 52.6% used it before study. results indicated that a positive attitude were determined by ease use, towards technology, social influence, perceived usefulness, behavioral/cognitive influences, low risks, anxiety. Abstract In the evolving landscape of higher education, challenges such as COVID-19 pandemic have underscored necessity for innovative teaching methodologies. However, increased autonomy can lead disruptions if issues are not promptly addressed. this context, OpenAI's ChatGPT, known its extensive knowledge base immediate feedback capability, emerges a significant educational resource. Nonetheless, there concerns that students might become excessively dependent on tools, potentially hindering their development HOTS. To address these concerns, study introduces Guidance-based ChatGPT-assisted Learning Aid (GCLA). This study explores factors affecting student through triangulation approach, blending exploratory, qualitative, quantitative analyses. The field of computer-assisted language learning has recently brought about a notable change in English as Foreign Language (EFL) writing. Starting from October 2022, students across different academic fields have increasingly depended on ChatGPT-4 helpful resource for addressing particular challenges EFL This study aimed to investigate the use and acceptance students’ To this end, an experiment was conducted with 76 undergraduate private school Algeria. participants were randomly allocated into two groups: experimental group (n = 37) control 39). Additionally, questionnaire administered. results showed that (EG) outperformed (CG). Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) has been integrated into higher education (HE), offering numerous benefits and transforming teaching learning. Since its launch, ChatGPT become the most popular learning model among Generation Z college students in HE. This study aimed to assess knowledge, concerns, attitudes, ethics of using HE Peru. An online survey was administered 201 with prior experience for academic activities. Two six proposed hypotheses were confirmed: Perceived Ethics (B = 0.856) Student Concerns 0.802). The findings suggest that students’ knowledge positive attitudes toward do not guarantee effective adoption use.
