The
role
of
ChatGPT
and
higher-order
thinking
skills
(HOTS)
as
predictors
physics
inquiry
among
upper-secondary
students
has
yet
to
be
widely
explored.
Therefore,
this
research
aimed
examine
students'
in
(convenience
quality
(CQ),
motivation
engagement
(ME),
accuracy
trust
(AT))
HOTS
inquiry.
Data
were
collected
from
334
Indonesia
through
online
questionnaires
analyzed
with
SPSS
software
using
correlation
multiple
linear
regression.
results
showed
that
CQ
had
the
strongest
HOTS,
significant
being
response
speed,
concept
linkage,
explanation
quality.
ME
dimension
was
also
significantly
correlated
