Despite curative treatment and discharge from acute hospital settings, breast cancer patients often have cancer- treatment-related morbidity which impairs them returning to work. Hence, the role of community-based return work rehabilitation programs is important help these transition back This was a retrospective cohort study involving with conducted at center. Patients were involved in an interdisciplinary vocational program physiatrists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists social workers. We recruited 63 for this cohort, 46 (73.0%) ≤ 60 years old. After undergoing program, there 37 (58.7%) participants who successfully returned These either within 6 months (27.0%), 12 (29.7%) or 24 (43.2%) after enrollment into majority enrolling white collar jobs. Multivariate regression analysis revealed that significant negative factors advanced stage (p = 0.004), along clinically fatigue, measured on Brief Fatigue Inventory < 0.001). Quality of life (QoL) assessments are integral to cancer care, yet their effectiveness in providing essential information for supporting survivors varies. This study aimed elucidate key indicators QoL among colorectal from the perspective healthcare professionals, and evaluate existing questionnaires relation these indicators. Two studies were conducted: a Delphi identify scoping review suitable survivors. Fifty-four professionals participated study&#039;s first round, with 25 second. The identified two primary domains (Physical Psychological) 17 subdomains deemed most critical. Additionally, 12 revealed instruments assessing important general domains. Findings underscored misalignment between assessment tools professionals&#039; clinical priorities working To enhance support survivors&#039; QoL, efforts needed develop that better align demands routine practice.

Cancer causes psychological distress. Approximately one-third of all patients with cancer suffer from distress requiring psycho-oncological treatment. Examining factors contributing to their can inform approaches counteracting them. Among such factors, resilience is considered be a adaptive capacity resulting complex genetic, epigenetic, psychological, and environmental influences. For that reason, we investigated as factor experience among neuro-oncological disease. To assess diseases, performed electronic screening in the Department Neurosurgery at Tübingen University Hospital (n = 100) following tumor surgery (T0) using Resilience Scale 13, Hornheider Screening Instrument, Patient Health Questionnaire-2, Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-2, Distress Thermometer, administered on tablets. Follow-up was done 6 months after (T1). The disease decreased significantly (p < 0.01). Most (87%) showed moderate high resilience. Although significant correlations are measurable T0 time point (ρ -0.318 **, p 0.01), no were observed T1. Thus, seems impact acute phase clinical practice, our findings suggest resilience-focused provide useful information about risk experiencing
