Abstract In Malaysia, the current practice of delivering low-carbon city approaches usually is administered and managed by planning department in each local authority. However, this may also lead to problem unorganized institutional administration management. Simultaneously, Malaysian government, through Low-carbon City Master Plan, has mentioned need for governance restructuring delivery. Therefore, paper aims evaluate Low Carbon (LCC) terms administrative operational practices. Three (3) objectives were established study; (i) assessing and; (ii) examining practices LCC initiatives at level, (iii) determining application policies strategies development The study applies purposive sampling approach, using technique an in-depth interview with two (2) core authorities endeavoring on state Selangor; Shah Alam Council (MBSA) Subang Jaya (MBSJ). result shows that cities can be categorized into three main dimensions: administrative, operational, policy application. From feature, findings indicated needs restructured enable a more effective delivery system. Abstract The mandatory closure of schools due to the Covid‐19 pandemic affected mental health, and, by extension, personal and professional life teachers. This study explored their level resilience during its association with attitudes towards emergency remote teaching perceived stress. Data were collected through administration three self‐report instruments: (a) “Teachers' Professional Attitudes Behaviors Scale”, (b) Resilience (c) “Perceived Stress Scale”. sample consisted 1415 general teachers from central Greece. Teachers found possess neutral teaching, moderate levels resilience, experienced slightly increased examined constructs largely influenced some teachers' demographic characteristics. Teachers' perceptions predicted stress pandemic. has reaffirmed importance holding sufficient cope adverse circumstances offered clear directions about which groups are in most need for counselling support so that is strengthened.

One of the impacts COVID-19 pandemic has been restrictions on mobility and thus closure schools. This had consequences teaching strategies primary mathematics educators who were not familiar with online education. Most schools in Chile have adopted virtual hybrid classes to continue educational processes. From a quantitative approach sample n = 105 school through an survey, we analyzed how implemented curriculum during using various didactic resources, as well their respective contexts. The results show that there is relationship between level technical knowledge teachers, years experience, types they use. Likewise, differences found rural urban sectors according use resources used. Regarding strategies, it shown emerging most used are metaphorical analogical, whereas traditional automation procedures imposed. implications for practice include suggestions guidelines improving training professional development teachers including increasing strengthening number quality teachers’ pedagogical management skills promoting metacognition forums. Finally, discuss context pandemic, analyzing its challenges opportunities.

University teachers have adapted to different situations during the development of distance learning due pandemic caused by COVID-19 virus. This study was conducted assigning a data collection instrument 993 who are part 15 technological universities (TUs) and 7 polytechnic (PUs) determine how they were affected COVID-19. The questions asked related social, economic, academic, emotional, health effects experienced. results show that 63% working online complained teaching invaded their family privacy; 56% pointed out from home virtual classes performance as teachers; 90% thought dedicated too much extra preparing for classes; 15% stressed; 4% felt negative under new scheme finally, 38% stated repeated interaction with electronic devices had lot impacts on emotional wellbeing. By means G-test, it determined gender independent studied effects. The goals of this study are to analyze and provide in-depth detail about how teachers felt they taught during the COVID-19 pandemic. used a qualitative approach via Atlas.ti application semi-structured interview collect data. During the COVID-19 pandemic traditional teaching and learning methods were disrupted. Teachers offered option of remote teaching, either synchronously or asynchronously. A research study was conducted to capture experiences teachers in Greece during this transition, aiming investigate their motivation for implementing Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT) not. Results indicated that teachers' motives highly influenced by (i) fear administrative penalties, (ii) internal commitment themselves students (iii) pedagogical reasons. Furthermore, certain personal characteristics teachers, such as gender, age, years employment status, also vital factors ERT implementation. However, technical difficulties, lack infrastructure interest primary reasons not at all. Findings offer valuable suggestions policy makers researchers, they provide insight a significant sample 1,120 crisis.

School closure policies during the covid-19 pandemic have changed from face-toface to online learning.This change inevitably impacts unpreparedness of schools, parents, and students in managing learning, which may cause learning loss children.On its official page, Indonesian Ministry Education stated that due pandemic, implementation had caused a significant loss.This study analyses risk Indonesia terms children's future adversity.This used qualitative descriptive method with survey techniques using Google Form data analysis Miles Huberman model through three stages: reduction, display, verification.This involved 1229 elementary school spread over 82 cities 34 provinces Indonesia.The results showed there has been children form low academic life skills achievement indicated by difficulty understanding subject matters (cognitive domain), lack confidence expressing opinions (affective accomplishing projects or tasks (psychomotor domain).The implication is decline quality abilities, achievement, competitiveness, welfare future.The this research could be recommended as reference for educational practitioners insights research.

During the recent period of confinement, educational institutions and teachers worked together to provide online teaching enable students acquire competencies each level.
