Abstract In Malaysia, the current practice of delivering low-carbon city approaches usually is administered and managed by planning department in each local authority. However, this may also lead to problem unorganized institutional administration management. Simultaneously, Malaysian government, through Low-carbon City Master Plan, has mentioned need for governance restructuring delivery. Therefore, paper aims evaluate Low Carbon (LCC) terms administrative operational practices. Three (3) objectives were established study; (i) assessing and; (ii) examining practices LCC initiatives at level, (iii) determining application policies strategies development The study applies purposive sampling approach, using technique an in-depth interview with two (2) core authorities endeavoring on state Selangor; Shah Alam Council (MBSA) Subang Jaya (MBSJ). result shows that cities can be categorized into three main dimensions: administrative, operational, policy application. From feature, findings indicated needs restructured enable a more effective delivery system. Moreover, way was ineffective due long-standing systems, coordination among agencies, feasibility planned achieve status. ABSTRACTThis mixed-methods study draws on survey data collected from 268 elementary school educators working in New York State to explore the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic levels stress and job dissatisfaction. Through lens Job Demand-Control-Support (JCDS) framework, we factors which exacerbated educators’ those may have mitigated them. Due to the pandemic, institutions shifted online and away from in-person classes. Online education implementation integration require adjustments pedagogical skills. Using a 4-point Likert scale self-made validated questionnaire on factors affecting mental wellness, with reported internal consistency 0.73, present study differentiated wellness respondents terms their age sex through ANOVA, identified 100 Filipino students, evaluated percentage, mean, SD, who participated this mixed method study, which combined quantitative qualitative research design. Most disagreed viewed as difficult than in-person, had significant effects losing motivation work tasks feeling less effective lessons. Parental engagement is of interest to teachers, school leaders, researchers, and policy makers as a key driver pupil outcomes. Existing evidence suggests that parental with learning in the home most effective, but English schools often prioritise school-based events.
