Abstract
Artificial
intelligence
models,

ChatGPT,
have
the
potential
to
revolutionize
higher
education
when
implemented
properly.

factors
influencing
university
students’
attitudes
and
usage
of
ChatGPT
in
Arab
countries.

“TAME-ChatGPT”
