The COVID-19 pandemic influenced teaching and learning in higher education. transformation towards digital education challenged Faculty students. This research examines the online readiness of students a Higher Education Institution Mexico. Specifically, we investigated how much prior skills, as well having used resources available by university, their academic achievement distance settings. Seven dimensions were selected to evaluate student's preparation for process. Questionnaires applied before start at end courses. Follow-up tools offered support student, two groups observed, users non-users devices. It was observed that who developed significantly better critical thinking, problem-solving, time organization skills than non-users. On other hand, although evaluations not different, lowest averages found non-user group. Our results indicate training use is essential success education; same way, timely follow-up with technical pedagogical assistance necessary developing competencies. Training more autonomous independent capable global world demands experts urgently. Educational institutions must embrace new technologies methods meet ever-changing needs expected play crucial role promoting constructive discussions facilitating informed decisions concerning creation future educational models.

The rapid integration of Digital Learning into higher education, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has transformed educational landscapes globally. This qualitative study employs a phenomenological approach, through thematic analysis in-depth interviews with 15 lecturers, to investigate implementation initiative Council for Higher Education (CHE) and Planning Budgeting Committee (PBC) at leading institution in northern Israel. Our findings reveal four interconnected domains influencing implementation: educational, personal, cultural social, institutional.
