Honeybee products arouse interest in society due to their natural origin and range of important biological properties. Propolis (P) royal jelly (RJ) attract scientists' attention because they exhibit antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-tumor, immunomodulatory abilities. In this study, we tested whether P RJ could mitigate the adverse effects cadmium (Cd) exposure, with particular emphasis on reproductive function female rats. line, one week pretreatment was established. Honeybee products, as multicomponent substances, have been a focus of great interest. The present work aimed to perform the nutritional and chemical profiling biochemical characterization bee pollen (BP), bread (BB), royal jelly (RJ) study their applications in fortification functional fermented dairy products. Their effects on starter cultures physicochemical sensorial quality products were monitored.
