Confinement as a result of COVID-19 had strong impact around the world and restricted mobility. The university community started to take routine classes in virtual sedentary way, causing negative effects on their health habits. objective this research is analyze confinement through surveys students interviews with professors, order study physical activity, emotional state, health. methodology was follows: (i) preliminary data; (ii) survey development, interviews, information collection; (iii) data processing multivariate presentation results, using multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) factor (MFA). results 375 respondents show that there low level activity (<300 METs, 49.6%), where women register behavior (73%). Emotionally, most them feeling bored. Some express anxiety, depression, discomfort, frustration. In terms health, are rheumatic, circulatory, respiratory, other diseases related obesity. It essential create programs promote exercise reduce consequences lifestyles physical, social, mental students, especially engineering who experienced greater than those studying nutrition social sciences.

Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the associations eating habits with self-rated health and life satisfaction in adolescents using a multiple-country sample. Methods: Cross-sectional data from Health Behavior School-Aged Children (HBSC) 2013/2014 wave used study. A self-reported questionnaire collect on independent variables including breakfast weekdays, at weekends, consumption fruits, vegetables, sweets, soft dirks. Outcomes included satisfaction. Regression models were assess between two outcomes, separately, after controlling for covariates. Results presented odds ratios (ORs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results: Of all participants (aged 11–15 years), 50.8% girls. Compared no five days had 1.22 times greater likelihood improved (OR = 1.22, CI: 1.19–1.25, p < 0.001). Participants who ate both 1.41, 1.36–1.46, 0.001) one day 1.12, CI 1.08–1.17, more likely experience compared never weekends. As online classes became the norm in many countries as a response to COVID-19 pandemic, concern for child and adolescent mental health an issue of concern. This study evaluates differences psychosocial status school children based on engagement in-person or Emergency Remote Education (ERE) assessed prevalence predictors symptom-derived risk levels anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD). Cross-sectional data were collected from students at Florida K-12 their household members through survey conducted October 2020 (n = 145). No significant difference was found between ERE learning OCD. Prevalence presenting OCD 42.1%, 44.8%, 41.4%. Several student factors (e.g., sex, level) parental attitudes) associated with OCD; child’s participation sports protective against all three outcomes. Participation be anxiety (aOR 0.36, CI 0.14–0.93), depression 0.38, 0.15–0.93), 0.31, 0.11–0.85).

Objectives: To determine the effect of quality sleep (SL) and self-reported health (SRH) on burnout (BO) whether burnout, in turn, impacts work performance (WP) among employees Higher Educational Institutions (HEI's). Methods: Data was collected using survey method questionnaire items adapted from literature. The final sample consisted 138 employees. A two-step procedure conducted AMOS by first employing confirmatory factory analysis followed structural equation modeling. Results: results supported hypotheses proposed study as SL positively significantly impacted employee burnout. Similarly, SRH found to have a significant positive association with BO while negatively affected WP.
