Resilient agility is a novel concept that refers to the combined resilience-agility capability allows an actor successfully perform in rapidly changing contexts. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all areas of life, with severe potential consequences for people's mental health. Medical students face significant stress and challenges that impact their professional development by affecting levels of medical professionalism (MP), coping ability, mental well-being (MWB). Given the high-stakes environment education, understanding interplay between these factors is crucial. This study aims to explore undergraduate students' lived experiences MP, strategies (CSs), MWB inform effective support systems. A qualitative phenomenological was conducted using Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) capture 40 from first, third, fifth years study. Participants, selected through purposive sampling, represented diverse backgrounds (with 27 females, 18 fifth-year students, 30 Malays). Seven FGDs, each with 5–10 participants, were via Zoom©, yielding comprehensive data. An inductive coding approach applied iterative transcript analysis ensure robust findings. Analysis revealed two themes related MWB: 'mental issues,' highlighting persistent health challenges, 'happiness,' illustrating sustain well-being. CSs categorized into 'positive coping,' including seeking support, 'negative such as denial. For emerged: 'inter-medical professionalism,' focusing on communication others, 'intra-medical emphasizing ethical self-conduct. The CSs, complex deeply intertwined. findings highlight importance developing targeted interventions in managing stress, maintaining professionalism, enhancing throughout training.
