Aims: The aim of the study was to identify most preferred classroom forms and activities among students. Methodology: conducted using a survey questionnaire that completed by 167 students from five different classes. included questions about students' preferences for lecture, exercise, project, laboratory, seminar form. Results: results showed blended learning approach, combining both direct contact remote learning, level IT skills had significant impact on their preferences. Limitations: limitations include small sample size limited scope, as it only focused form in instruction did not address challenges process. Conclusions: Overall, this contributes understanding student can be useful designing effective teaching strategies higher education.

Factors Affecting Adoption Intention of Productivity Software Applications Among Teachers: A Structural Equation Modeling Investigation DOI

Teachers play a central role in achieving the mission, vision, and goals of educational institutions. However, multitude responsibilities obligations they must fulfill demands high level productivity. Consequently, productivity software is increasingly becoming necessity for teachers to lessen their day-to-day work pressure instead focus on offering quality education. Despite popularity, key antecedents precursors affecting intention use have yet be investigated. Therefore, goal this study was determine what factors contribute adoption by applying theoretical lens Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A total 947 responses from basic higher education were analyzed using structural equation modeling approach. Results show that usefulness ease are predicting behavioral intention. It also indirectly affected external variables such as subjective norms, professional reputation, job relevance, output through perceived well facilitating conditions self-efficacy use. Overall, findings support applicability specific TAM version its employment context software.

5E学习环结合混合式教学模式于设计实作课程之创新教学与实践研究 DOI

在设计实作课程的教学现场常观察到问题包括有学生被动式参与教学活动、参与活动现场的体验不够、设计流程表达能力缺乏、设计想法无法转化为创意作品、设计创新评价不足等。在数位媒体普及化与防疫常态化影响下,面对面教学和远距网络教学两者相互混合的教学模式已逐渐受到大家接受与认可,传统单一线下教学模式已不能满足教学需求了。因此,本研究尝试导入5E学习环结合混合式教学模式至设计实作课程进行教学创新研究,研究方法采用问卷调查、访谈、参与观察,分析学生在自主学习、问题收敛、设计表达、实作验证以及设计评价五个面向调查。研究结果显示:1.学生普遍对5E学习环结合混合式教学模式较为认可,其中受到学生认可度较高依次是自主学习、实作验证和设计表达,但学生对问题收敛以及设计评价较缺乏明确表态;2.五个目标培养能力面向在课程的前后测量均值对比,整体呈现下降趋势,可能因样本数量较少,使统计数据不能真实反应,后续研究可透过样本数量增加,提升问卷可信度;3.访谈结果显示受访学生普遍认5E学习环结合混合式教学模式对学习成效有所帮助,并期待延续在其他课程上使用。

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of life, including face-to-face learning processes in madrasah to distance learning. These changes have caused psychological problems or stress among teachers. study aims describe the mental health issue during and how overcome it. applied quantitative qualitative approaches, with 1,520 teachers, consisting 615 teachers from Islamic Schools (madrasah) Bali 905 NTT. This study aimed to describe the improvement of students' science process skills (SPS) after implementation home-based experiment activities on photosynthesis material. research was carried out at one State Junior High Schools in Garut. The sample 26 students for experimental classes and 25 control class. design Pre-Posttest Control Group Design. selection technique used convenience sampling technique. success learning method/model implemented assessed through value analysis before (pretest) (posttest) given treatment groups. N-Gain group 0.678, while 0.52. indicated that N-gain higher than group. But, statistical using post-test scores showed there no significant difference between students’ SPS. So, experiments ordinary practicum has same effect SPS results. Therefore, should be an option teachers because, even though is online, identity, support not eliminated.

During the outbreak of COVID-19, productivity gap between working in office and at home has become a more critical issue labor market. For teachers with numerous vital responsibilities, inescapable increased workload results less efficiency. Following reliance on applications to lessen labor, we investigated moderating effects sociodemographic profiles through Technology Acceptance Model. The demographic makeup our participants (n = 513) was dominated by assistant professors, females, married, licensed teachers, aged 25 34 teaching experience 6 10 years, permanent full-time public university. Our findings demonstrate that variables moderate perceived usefulness (PU) ease use (PEOU) teachers' behavioral intention (BITU), except for gender PEOU → BITU, educational attainment PU BITU.

La investigación realizada busca analizar los efectos del uso de las tecnologías información y comunicación con el desempeño laboral docentes universitarios en sur Perú periodo pandemia por COVID-19. A nivel metodológico se partió enfoque cuantitativo análisis correlacional explicativo. Se adaptaron instrumentos variables estudiadas aplicando 335 cuestionarios a universitarios. Providing conducive working conditions is essential for fostering the personal and career growth of employees, ultimately ensuring their psychological well-being. This study aims to investigate impact workplace on well-being university teachers in Slovakia examine how factors from Luxembourg Workplace Mobbing Scale (LWMS) function as moderators this relationship. A questionnaire survey collected data 687 respondents, analysis included reliability moderation tests, with a one-way ANOVA confirming model’s significance. The findings indicate that significantly affect faculty, LWMS factors—criticizing, ignoring, meaningless tasks, ridicule, conflicts—moderating limitation research reliance LWMS, which comprehensively addresses bullying but encompasses only five factors. contributes understanding its academic settings, offering implications theory practice healthier work environments higher education.

This study determined the relationship between work engagement and job satisfaction in teaching performance of elementary teachers new normal. The researcher utilized a quantitative design using descriptive-correlational method. was conducted public schools Pamplona, Sanchez Mira, Claveria East, Sta. Praxedes - West Districts Division Cagayan. Simple random sampling used to determine 219 respondents study. Based on findings, have very satisfactory engagement, particularly along physical, cognitive, emotional dimensions. Moreover, they high level with its dimensions leadership, motivation, compensation, expectations, organization, environment. Besides, content knowledge pedagogy, diversity learners, assessment reporting, curriculum planning, community involvement, plus factor. Although results show that overall satisfaction, are not significantly related each other, it is interesting note domain motivation directly cognitive dimension. Also, compensation dimension engagement. Furthermore, physical had significant positive linkages factors, which domains performance.
