This paper aims to describe the effects of Technostress on employees’ well-being and productivity. We adopted Job Demands Resources Model as a theoretical framework analyze “Technostress” phenomenon in order clarify whether how technology can be considered job demand, resource, or part personal resources workplace. The sources search selection process was conducted according PRISMA guidelines regarded papers published from 2010 2022. Overall, findings show that most selected consider ICT demand negatively affecting human behavior, thoughts, attitudes. In contrast, some report acts thus reducing impact demands their physiological psychological costs. Finally, third category studies does not itself but gives more space interaction among ICT, organizational context which it is used, characteristics users. More specifically, individual features procedures shape interpretations employees make about ICT-related experiences at work and, consequently, performance well-being. Studies of teleworking and well-being increased dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic. This article aims to provide an overview this emerging body knowledge. Following PRISMA guidelines, we performed a scoping review using Social Sciences Citation Index (Web Science), Sociological Abstracts (PROQUEST), SocINDEX with full text (EBSCOhost). Articles published in English up December 2022 were included. The result was total 2695 potentially relevant studies. After double-screening procedure, 132 studies chosen for data extraction. Challenges when many people moved their jobs from the office to home because of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions have put stress on employees’ daily routine and professional lives. Background The pandemic has accelerated digital work transformation, yet little is known about individuals’ willingness to sustain such modes and its associated factors.
