This
paper
aims
to
describe
the
effects
of
Technostress
on
employees’
well-being
and
productivity.
We
adopted
Job
Demands
Resources
Model
as
a
theoretical
framework
analyze
“Technostress”
phenomenon
in
order
clarify
whether
how
technology
can
be
considered
job
demand,
resource,
or
part
personal
resources
workplace.
The
sources
search
selection
process
was
conducted
according
PRISMA
guidelines

papers
published
from
2010
2022.
Overall,
findings
show
that

ICT
demand
negatively
affecting
human
behavior,
thoughts,
