Participaron 132 profesores Facultad Perú; mediante muestreo probabilístico. Se aplicaron: “Cuestionario Factores Psicosociales Entorno Académico” Revisado Profesores”. En resultados se reportó un nivel medio con 50,00%, sin embargo, dimensión carga trabajo, registró alto, 51,52%. También identificó 43,94% variable Burnout. Sin cansancio emocional, observó 49,24%. conclusión, determinó existe Burnout, rho = 0,328 p-valor 0,000 < 0,05. Esto indica hay directa baja magnitud estos dos aspectos.
