Abstract In the background of synergistic development digitalization and greening, how to achieve digital economy, green technology innovation ecological resilience has become an important research issue. This study combines TOE theory construct a theoretical framework for resilience. Combined with data 28 cities in city cluster middle reaches Yangtze River from 2011 2021, level evolution technological was measured by using Haken model, driven path analyzed help fsQCA. The results show that: (1) observation period rising trend, there is significant difference between cities. (2) evolution, second stage first been improved, but more than half are still low-level stage, large space future rise. (3) Four paths have evolved high-level economy-led path, economy synergy-driven multi-dimensional respectively.

ABSTRACT Digital economy (DE), driven by digital technology, enhances digitalisation, networking and intelligence of the society integrating it with real economy. Based on network effects theory, this study examines how DE empowers regional green development efficiency (GDE) explores its mediating role in addressing contradiction between environmental protection economic development. Using data from 30 provinces China 2008 to 2021, empirically impact GDE multiple perspectives. This finds that (1) directly promotes produces positive spatial spillover effects. All four dimensions can enhance GDE. The driving effect size is order technology (DT) > foundation (DF) platform (DP) inclusive finance (DIF); (2) A ‘U’‐shaped relationship exists GDE, initially inhibiting but actively promoting once a threshold approximately 51% exceeded; (3) mechanism test shows effectively improves advancing technology; (4) based heterogeneity differs significantly income disparities. These results provide strong theoretical support for sustainably empowering China. To DE's central government should promote policy interconnection, while local governments tailor strategies their needs effective structural transformation.

Accelerating the development of digital economy is way to build a modern industrial system and promote sustainable development. In order accurately analyze status China’s economy, this study introduced text analysis method construct an index surveyed based on panel data 278 Chinese cities from 2011 2019. Moran’s I index, Dagum Gini coefficient, kernel density Markov chain were used reveal space-time difference dynamic change characteristics.
