The
nature
and
characteristics
of
the
current
work
environment
law
enforcement
professionals

role-conflict
situations
as

reasons
leading

occurrence

behaviors
worsening
employees'
well-being.

research

mediating
role
conflict
between
laissez-faire
leadership
hostility

police
professionals'
emotional
exhaustion.

mitigate

self-efficacy,
organizational

enrichment

analyzed.

equation
