Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a local autoimmune disease induced by T-cell dysfunction that frequently affects middle-aged or elderly people, with higher prevalence in women. CD8 + T cells, also known as killer play an important role the progression and persistence of OLP. In order to identify different OLP subtypes associated cell pathogenesis, consensus clustering was used.In this study, we preprocessed downscaled single-cell dataset GSE211630 cohort downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) finally obtain marker genes cells. Based on expression genes, classified patients into CMGs using unsupervised analysis. The gene profiles were analyzed WGCNA "WGCNA" R package based clinical traits typing results, 108 related pathogenicity-related obtained intersection. Patients once again intersection analysis. After obtaining intersecting cells can be precisely two analysis, subtype B has better immune infiltration providing clinicians reference for personalized treatment.Classification improve our current understanding underlying pathogenesis provides new insights future studies.

Erosive oral lichen planus (EOLP) represents a significant challenge in dental and medical management due to its chronic inflammatory nature, painful symptoms, impact on quality of life. This study aims evaluate the current diagnostic approach with novel non-invasive techniques, such as dermoscopy, also landscape treatment options for EOLP, focusing efficacy, safety, challenges that it present clinical practice. Through comprehensive literature review, we explored use topical corticosteroids, systemic immunosuppressants, biologics, Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors treating alongside examining patient compliance, psychological impacts, risk adverse effects recurrence. Our findings reveal while corticosteroids are cornerstone EOLP treatment, offering symptomatic relief, their long-term is limited by side tolerance development. Systemic therapies biologics provide alternatives refractory cases but necessitate careful effect monitoring. JAK show promise an innovative avenue require more evidence safety efficacy. highlights necessity personalized approaches variable disease course response underscoring importance multidisciplinary strategy managing EOLP. The complexity compounded life demands ongoing research into targeted therapies, establishment standardized protocols, development effective outcome measures improve care outcomes.

Long-term untreated symptoms increases malignant transformation rate. Hence, many studies have investigated reported efficacy therapeutic agents managing OLP. For further clarity on effectiveness a agent, we analyzed systematic reviews (SR) which compared different pharmaceutical non-pharmaceutical relieving A total 45 SR was retrieved. Out 8 were selected included comparison all possible for pain reduction resolution The evidence from demonstrated mixed results. There is still insufficient unreliable to support superiority any specific treatment regime with regards its even lack unanimity regarding guideline RCTs required. Background: Inflammation is the body's physiological response to an injury. Injury that affected body can be a chemical agent, physical, or biological agent. Nowadays inflammatory condition treated by eliminating main etiological factor then prescribing anti-inflammatory drugs such as NSAIDs, but according data in 2021 shown 78,8% patients has gastritis side effect. Pomegranate peel extract (PPE) good ability because it containing highest concentration of flavonoid. Objectives: To predict molecular inhibition major active compounds (epigallocatachin gallate, ferulic acid, chlorogenic gallic caffeic cianidanol, epicatechin, and punicalagin) PPE against cyclooxygenase enzyme (COX-1 & COX-2) using silico study. Method: Preparation PPE, prediction their activity, ADMET predicting test, physicochemical docking simulation. Results discussions: In test showed all common compound have potential drugs. All MAC had value Pa > 0.5. distribute systemically score log mucosal permeability < 2.5. negative not toxic triggering dermatitis contact oral mucosa through prediction. The result acid punicalagin protein COX-2 ∆Gbind more than mefenamic arachidonic COX-1 range -3,0 -9,1 kcal/mol which most effective (-4,0 kcal/mol). Conclusion: with best anti-inflammation ferrulic punicalagin.
