Objectives: To predict molecular inhibition major active compounds (epigallocatachin gallate, ferulic acid, chlorogenic gallic caffeic cianidanol, epicatechin, and punicalagin) PPE against cyclooxygenase enzyme (COX-1 & COX-2) using silico study. Method: Preparation PPE, prediction their activity, ADMET predicting test, physicochemical docking simulation. Results discussions: In test showed all common compound have potential drugs.
