Quantitative measures, revised Impact Event Scale (IES-R), patient health questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), seven-item generalized disorder assessment (GAD-7), Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), used to quantify trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia attributed COVID-19. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized quantitative data analysis. anxiety-related mainly clustered into four themes: life threats, support shortage, economic consequences, disruptions family social life. Subthemes that addressed perceived effects encapsulated academic professional lives, familial relationships, psychopathological stress, movement limitations. findings analysis revealed significant associations between COVID-19-related trauma symptoms insomnia, as indicated by coefficients exceeding 0.10 (all z-values > 1.96; p-values < 0.05). Anxiety and depression are psychiatric disorders that often coexist share some features. Developing a simple cost-effective tool to assess anxiety in the Arabic-speaking population, predominantly residing low- middle-income nations where research can be arduous, would immensely beneficial. The study aimed translate four-item composite Patient Health Questionnaire – 4 (PHQ-4) into Arabic evaluate its psychometric properties, including internal reliability, sex invariance, correlation with measures of psychological distress. 587 adults were recruited between February March 2023. An anonymous self-administered Google Forms link was distributed via social media networks. We utilized FACTOR software explore factor structure PHQ-4. Confirmatory analysis (CFA) indicated fit two-factor model PHQ-4 scores modest (χ2/df = .13/1 .13, RMSEA .001, SRMR .002, CFI 1.005, TLI 1.000). Internal reliability excellent (McDonald's omega .86; Cronbach's alpha .86). Indices suggested configural, metric, scalar invariance supported across sex. No significant difference found males females terms total scores, scores. score significantly moderately-to-strongly associated lower wellbeing higher Depression Stress Scale (DASS) subscales proves reliable, valid, for assessing symptoms related anxiety. To practical effectiveness further enhance data on construct validity, future studies should measure diverse contexts among specific populations.

Given the extensive implementation of oxygen therapy in management COVID-19 patients, we aimed to identify predictors for requiring individuals with COVID-19. We used Artificial neural network models multilayer feed-forward and back-propagation algorithms. In model selection, different combinations connections, number hidden layers, neurons each layer were evaluated. This study demonstrated that vital signs on admission (48.40%) comorbidities (22.70%) are important factors determining need among 18–64 age group. older adult groups, biological rhythms (23.10%), (25.20%), clinical symptoms (21.90%) can serve as indicators therapy. adults' pay attention person is necessary. Meanwhile, Older Adults group, it consider rhythms, comorbidities, symptoms.
