Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived risk associated with COVID-19 dan workplace safety management terhadap anxiety melalui variable mediator job insecurity. This study examines the impact of different leadership styles on technostress within public organizations in Cambodia amidst challenges COVID-19 pandemic. Utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 351 employees working various across Cambodia. The specifically investigates relationships between three styles—transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire—and level experienced by employees. findings reveal a statistically significant positive relationship transformational reduction technostress, suggesting that qualities such as inspiration, motivation, individualized consideration effectively mitigate adverse effects technostress. Conversely, transactional laissez-faire are positively associated with increased levels indicating these may exacerbate stress experience response to technological changes challenges. contributes existing literature providing empirical evidence unique cultural organizational context. Backgound: Several studies have found a relationship between work environment conditions and employee mental health. However, there are very few on the health of employees working in correctional institutions, with different levels risk security threats. Purpose: To find differences officers institutions who medium, maximum, super-maximum. Method: Data were collected using scale one hundred sixteen Nusakambangan Island, Cilacap Regency, Central Java. (Super-maximum n = 37, maximum 50, Medium 29. The Mental Health Inventory (MHI-38), created by Veit Ware (1983), was used to measure MHI-38 has been translated into Indonesian tested 24 items after being modified for validity reliability. Results: Correctional guards' differed super-maximum according test difference (Sig.<0.05, F 4.034). Officers at medium scored lower danger perception than those Max Super-Max prisons. On other hand, demonstrated better officers. A substantial Med prisons (0.046, CI =.09:8.54) (0.06, 1.87:10.85) tests conducted institutions.
