Purpose This study aims to examine the role of employee experience in influencing well-being and turnover intentions within organizations. The mediating will also be investigated, along with an exploration whether these relationships differ across genders, specifically Indian corporate context. Design/methodology/approach A descriptive, quantitative was conducted using structured questionnaires gather data from 111 employees sector. used a non-probability judgment sampling method. Data analyzed through SPSS for descriptive inferential statistics, partial least squares explore mediation model fit. Findings found significant impact on well-being, as well negative correlation between both intention intention. Well-being partially mediate relationship Gender-based analysis revealed no differences variables men women. Originality/value research highlights universal applicability predictor intention, irrespective gender. By establishing that gender does not moderate relationships, this provides new insights challenging traditional assumptions about disparities workplace outcomes.
