Purpose
This
study
aims
to
examine
the
role
of
employee
experience
in
influencing
well-being
and
turnover
intentions
within
organizations.
The
mediating
will
also
be
investigated,
along

an
exploration

these
relationships
differ
across
genders,

Indian
corporate
context.
Design/methodology/approach
A
descriptive,
quantitative

questionnaires
