ABSTRACT: Background: Exposure to mutagens causes DNA damage, which, if not repaired properly, can lead diseases like cancer. Ovarian cancer is a major concern for women globally, including in India, as it often diagnosed at an advanced stage, making treatment more challenging. Recent research implicates repair proteins polymerase β (Pol β) development, emphasising the need understand these pathways targeted therapy. This study uses bibliometric analysis explore ovarian and pathways, providing insights future treatment. Abstract Introduction This study investigated changes in plasma microbial-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and insulin resistance (PCOS-IR) before after metformin treatment, aimed to identify bacterial taxa within EVs that were biologically statistically significant for diagnosis treatment. Methods The case–control was conducted at Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital, Hua Qiao University. Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) have become so pervasive in our environment and daily lives that it is impossible to avoid contact with such compounds, including pregnant women seeking minimize exposures themselves their unborn children. Developmental exposure of humans rodent models bisphenol A (BPA) other EDCs linked increased anxiogenic behaviors, learning memory deficits, decreased socio-sexual behaviors. Prenatal BPA leads longstanding harmful effects on gut microbiota reductions beneficial bacteria, i.e., dysbiosis, microbial changes are host fecal metabolites, those involved carbohydrate metabolism synthesis, neurobehavioral alterations adulthood, particular, social cognitive deficits. Gut dysbiosis increasingly being recognized as a key driver myriad diseases, ranging from metabolic, cardiovascular, reproductive, disorders via the gut-microbiome-brain axis. Thus, might induce indirect physical mental health by acting microbiome-disrupting chemicals. Findings raise important question whether should consume probiotic supplement mitigate pernicious EDCs, especially BPA, offspring. В последние годы взаимосвязь между микробиотой и ее влиянием на здоровье человека стала предметом множества научных исследований. Хотя сегодняшний день наиболее изучена микробиота желудочно-кишечного тракта, в последнее время интерес распространился другие виды. Нарушение качественного количественного состава микробиоты пищеварительного тракта ведет также к изменению урогенитального микробиоценоза. Сложные взаимодействия кишечника системным воспалением открывают новые аспекты понимании развития онкологических процессов женской репродуктивной системы. Кроме того, существует тесная связь уровнем циркулирующего эстрогена (эстроболомом), изменение которого может приводить развитию некоторых видов опухолей системы женщин.
