reporting
incidental
benign
findings
as

We
hereby
present
a
case
suspected
carcinoma
stomach
showing
increased
uptake

tumor

cysts
bilateral
shoulder
joints

hip
joint
on
PET
CT
scan.

inflammatory
diseases
(IMIDs)
are
characterized
by
chronic
systemic
inflammation
and
multi-organ
involvement.
Fibrosis
formation
in
IMIDs
can
cause
tissue
destruction
subsequently
organ
malfunction.
Fibroblast
activation
protein
inhibitor
positron
emission
tomography/computed
tomography
(FAPi
PET/CT)
represents
a
novel
imaging
technique
that
holds
great
potential
to
visualize
vivo
fibrosis.
We
here
provide
an
overview
of
available
evidence
on
FAPi
PET/CT
fibrosis
various
IMIDs,
including
interstitial
lung
diseases,
immunoglobulin
G4-related
cardiovascular
kidney
gastrointestinal
diseases.

early
fibrosis,

Abstract
After
an
initial
response
to
chemotherapy,
tumor
relapse
is
frequent.
This
event
reflective
of
both
the
spatiotemporal
heterogeneities
microenvironment
as
well
evolutionary
propensity
cancer
cell
populations
adapt
variable
conditions.
Because
cause
this
adaptation
could
be
genetic
or
epigenetic,
studying
phenotypic
properties
such
metabolism
useful
it
reflects
molecular,
cellular,
and
tissue-level
dynamics.
In
triple-negative
breast
(TNBC),
characteristic
metabolic
phenotype
a
highly
fermentative
state.
However,
during
treatment,
spatial
temporal
dynamics
landscape
are
unstable,
with
surviving

on

Thus,
