The study used modified formulations of traditional drinks to enrich them with several nutrients and microelements. Berries selected for the study, namely: dogwood, pomegranate, persimmon, blueberry, raspberry, demonstrated high antioxidant activity rich vitamin composition. revealed a significant increase in Azerbaijani when enriched berry extracts. arrowroot increased by 20 mg GAE/100 ml after dogwood enrichment. Background: The long-term consumption of junk food products can lead to nutritional and metabolic imbalances, especially when it is associated with a lack physical activity the alcohol or other high-calorie products. Methods: evaluation among teenagers young people in Romania was carried out help cross-sectional study based on questionnaire. Results: A total number 1017 respondents participated this study, comprising 470 males 547 females aged between 16 25 years. Although majority fell into normal-weight category (607 them, p < 0.0001), some aspects be noted that long term produce series imbalances: an increased tendency toward sedentarism, 553 (p = 0.613) declaring they performed sports rarely not at all, relatively high foods calories (fast fried potatoes, hamburgers, shawarma, pastries, snacks, along sweetened drinks even alcoholic beverages). participating indicated perceived addiction certain products: coffee (50.48%), potatoes (38.9%), hamburgers (37.05%), shawarma (31.65%), snacks (30.08%). In the contemporary accelerated pace of life, emphasizing importance sleep quality is essential for enhancing overall well-being and health. This study investigates link between poor key factors affecting wellness, such as mental health eating disorders. Through a cross-sectional analysis involving 407 participants, utilizing established measures including Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21), Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire Short (EDE-QS), single-item Sleep Quality (SQS), data was collected analyzed using SPSS v28 R-Statistics. The findings reveal significant correlation (p&amp;lt;0.05) DASS-21, EDE-QS, SQS, indicating that individuals experiencing exhibit higher levels depression, anxiety, stress. Furthermore, multinomial logistic regression highlights low risk factor both (OR: 1.071, 95% CI: 1.042, 1.102, p&amp;lt;0.05, vs. high quality), disorders 1.047, 1.004, 1.092, quality). Overall, these results underscore critical role in suggest insomnia predictive disordered habits. Further research through randomized controlled trials warranted to validate this study.

Abstract With an increasing focus on healthier dietary alternatives, this study developed a protein‐rich, ready‐to‐cook flatbread premix using millet, pulse, and oilseed flours. The offers balanced nutritional profile, providing high protein content (∼21%) delivering 423 kcal/100 g. It demonstrated phenolic of 0.98 mg catechin equivalents/gram premix, which increased to 1.90 cooked (lyophilized) product. Antioxidant activity was evaluated through DPPH radical scavenging, yielding values 5.28 nmol Trolox equivalents per gram for the 4.82 Similarly, hydroxyl scavenging measured at 4.38 µmol 4.36 product highly acceptable in sensory evaluations, indicating strong potential consumer adoption. In vivo studies with Balb/c mice revealed no adverse effects oxidative stress levels or immune function. promoted healthy gut microbiota composition, supporting health while maintaining cellular balance. Hematological analyses showed improved white blood cell lymphocyte counts, reflecting enhanced resilience.
