This paper introduces an innovative model designed to predict the optimal product prototype within framework of sustainable development. The takes into account both quality and environmental impact throughout entire life cycle product, with a specific focus on light electric vehicles. By incorporating customer expectations using Weighted Sum Model, assesses vehicle based importance various criteria. Employing evaluations guided by Pareto-Lorenz rule, for prototypes is modeled. resulting Quality-Environmental Indicator LCA (QLCA) facilitates qualitative analysis, aiding in selection that align expectations. proves effectivein guiding decisions related development, providing comprehensive approach evaluating value. Notable contributions scientific community include introduction QLCA model, which integrates assessments, underscores significance open innovation, sensitivity analysis organizational adaptation. Future research directions involve adapting larger samples, exploring production costs, assessing its applicability across diverse industries contexts enhance universality practical implications.

The analyses presented in the publication allowed, on basis of data collected, development an econometric model for Polish steel industry from point view relationship between heat and energy management production process. developed is main novelty paper. objective study was to develop Poland’s economy. following research questions were raised: Is there describing consumption (intensity) Poland relation economy? What are relations intensity prices Poland? How might current crisis affect production? In analysis we used industry. An dependence (Yt) electricity (X1t) (X2t) Poland. authors took advantage open access data. Annual volumes processes analysed as a function annual volume electricity, which consumed technological mills. We analyzed years 2004–2020. carried out showed that inversely proportional by Research shows rising lead lower production. Industry 4.0 (I4.0) is challenging for organizations, as workers lack digital competencies, and research on new roles limited. Additionally, existing models its adoption focus technology incorporation, process improvement, organizational transformation. Therefore, the opportunity exists designing a model that emphasizes developing employees’ competencies. A systematic literature review was conducted regarding I4.0 desired worker After examining gap in current categorization of their main elements, maturity (MM) adoption, based development proposed. The MM helps practitioners researchers assess an organization’s level order to improve future actions. validation implemented through Delphi method. roadmap guide workforce presented, which considers challenges face by employees advancing strategic adoption. proposed allows depicting deployment strategies aligned with trends commitments sustaining implementation efforts. Among digital technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data (BD) have proven capability to support different processes, mainly in discrete manufacturing. Despite a number of AI BD solutions applications, no comprehensive assessment their implementation is available for the Process Industry (i.e. cement, chemical steel) it getting urgent take into consideration specific operations. Grounding on literature focus group interaction, this paper contributes answering gap by proposing maturity model (MM) assessing current status application these process industry. Based MMs literature, set dimensions industry has been identified contextualised level solutions. Results from applying MM sample European companies reveal that operations are supported relatively high with differences where still necessary invest. The can be used both self-assess benchmark same or other sectors.
