The Chamaenerion genus, particularly angustifolium and latifolium, is recognized for its rich phytochemical composition extensive medicinal properties. These species are abundant in polyphenols, flavonoids, tannins, which contribute to their potent antioxidant, antimicrobial, anticancer activities. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of constituents, with an emphasis on how processing methods, including fermentation, influence bioactivity. Notably, fermentation enhances the levels key bioactive compounds, such as oenothein B, gallic acid, ellagic thereby increasing pharmacological potential. Additionally, this evaluates biological activities relation chemical composition, while also considering limitations current studies, lack vivo or clinical trials. literature was sourced from scientific databases, PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, covering research 2010 2024. Future studies should focus optimizing extraction elucidating synergistic bioactivities, conducting in-depth trials validate efficacy safety.

Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted drug discovery and development, playing a pivotal role in the creation of potent affordable antimicrobial drugs. The COVID-19 pandemic underscored urgent need for new, effective formulations to combat continuously evolving microbial threats. Plant-based formulations, known their long history effectiveness against various infections, including antimicrobial-resistant strains, have proven value centuries. Unlike conventional synthetic drugs, phytoconstituent-based generally fewer side effects reduced cytotoxicity when used appropriate doses. application AI development drugs derived from bioactive phytocompounds derivatives is vital addressing challenges posed by rapidly pathogens. tools provide more efficient comprehensive approach exploring vast array medicinal plant compounds, allowing identification those with highest potential. This review focuses on developing bacterial, viral, fungal, other It also discusses how can revolutionize expedite process accelerating potential phytocompounds, offering faster alternative traditional methods.

Antibiotics are the drugs that used for management of microbial diseases. However, these conventional synthetic can harmfully affect human health. Since phytochemicals extracted from natural sources and, hence relatively safer health, they enticing alternatives in this regard. Cinnamon is also one those plants which being employed as herbal medication centuries against certain infections due its significant therapeutic effectiveness. A well-known pathogenic bacterium called H . pylori causes a wide range illnesses body. This pathogen’s pathogenicity determined by virulent proteins. In study, some such proteins, included virB4 , virB8 and virB9 were selected to evaluate efficiency cinnamon compounds. These proteins identified different isolates The structural modelling all performed initially order proceed them molecular docking analysis.
