Orodispersible film (ODF) is one of the novel formulations that disintegrate rapidly in mouth without requisite for water compared to other conventional oral solid dosage formulations. This delivery system serves as a convenient mode administration, especially patients who have dysphagia and fluid restriction, being beneficial pediatric, geriatric, bedridden patients. A sildenafil ODF containing citrate formulated be used with erectile dysfunction (ED). review discusses advantages improving compliance satisfaction these describes manufacturing techniques, evaluation tests, bioequivalence, stability studies ODF. formulation offers unique benefit ED by their acceptance respecting privacy need discreet treatment. Moreover, comparison pharmacokinetic parameters between administered film-coated tablet were similar. Orodispersible thin film (ODF) is an innovative dosage form that allows for adjustable dosing and improved patient compliance. It administered by mouth, where it dissolves, making suitable children. Objectives: The aim of the study was to develop characterize optimal ODF formulation containing equivalent hydrocortisone at 0.5 mg/cm2 using solvent-casting method. A stability-indicating assay simultaneous quantification 21-hemissucinate (HMS) developed. ODFs were characterized organoleptic properties testing uniformity mass, content, stability, thickness, dissolution. ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder with high disability rates, and antipsychotics, especially second‐generation ones like aripiprazole, are the cornerstone of treatment. As novel formulation, oral soluble films (OSF) offer an alternative to tablets or capsules, improving patient compliance. This study aimed assess bioequivalence, pharmacokinetic (PK) properties, safety aripiprazole OSF orally disintegrating (ODT) in healthy Chinese participants. A single‐dose, randomized, open‐label, crossover was conducted. Participants received 10 mg test (Qilu Pharmaceutical) reference ODT (Otsuka under fasting fed states. The trial comprised three‐sequence, three‐period design, while two‐sequence, two‐period design. In trial, after single dosing (with water), (without ODT, C max were 55 ± ng/mL, 54 48 13 respectively; AUC 0‐72h 1857 377 h·ng/mL, 1823 350 1745 405 respectively. water, 43 9 ng/mL 2024 387 h·ng/mL 1994 426 terms bioequivalence evaluation, 90% confidence intervals geometric mean ratio main PK parameters states all within acceptable equivalence range (80%–125%).
