maltodextrin
matrices

stability

systems
were
developed:

micro-spray

two-step
process
involving
preparation
new
phytocarrier
system
based
on
gold
nanoparticles
(EC-AuNPs),
followed
by

bioactive
molecules,

terpenoids,
alkaloids,
flavonoids,

antioxidant

S.
typhi,
coli),
enhanced
cytotoxicity

HT-29
cancer
cell
lines.
