It is observed that students and professors of the different existing universities in world have technological tools would allow them to continuously carry out an education strengthened by appropriate platforms with necessary information answer multiple questions tasks, this research a work systematic review article. The method used was PRISMA, very meticulous rigorous written performed structure for construction research, search carried following databases such as Scopus, Redalyc, SproQues, SciELO, obtaining 898,276 articles or academic papers entire search, excluding 898,218 considering only 58 were selected research; according works 10 years, results shown increasing way from year 2014 2023, showing big change 2021 corresponding use being more frequently all educational levels, due quarantines established governments, synchronous virtual education; digital skills are increasingly essential today’s labor market. Owning these increases employability career opportunities. In education, competences enable access online learning resources, collaborate on projects, adapt environments. Digital facilitate communication collaboration, which crucial globalized connected world.

This structured review explores the interaction of digital education and students with disabilities through an extensive search Scopus WoS databases, generating 23 related papers. The following three central ideas are focus synthesis: (i) Digital Literacy Skills Development, elucidating strategies tools employed to enhance competency among disabilities; (ii) Challenges Barriers in Education, delineating multifaceted obstacles encountered learning environment, spanning technological, pedagogical, socio-cultural dimensions; (iii) Inclusive Education Transformation, exploring transformative potential technologies fostering inclusive educational practices. highlights challenges inherent programs within this environment. It does so by conducting careful analysis, highlighting need address inclusivity develop fair opportunities for disabilities.
