Although many studies have examined the relationship between five dimensions of personality and nurse burnout, few burnout overall profile. In addition, nurses’ demographic characteristics been found to be related level, but results inconsistent. This study aimed determine profiles based on Big Five model in a sample Chinese nurses then analyze demographics. A total 1423 were sampled assessed using Inventory Oldenburg Burnout Inventory. k-means cluster analysis was used divide participants into different profiles. Multivariate variance binomial logistic regression examine with Cluster identified three among nurses: resilient, ordinary, distressed. Recent studies indicate that nurses experienced high levels of occupational burnout and insomnia during after the pandemic highlight resilience as a crucial competence for overcoming adversity. The aim this study was to assess burnout, insomnia, psychological explore their interrelations among Greek 14 months official ending which declared in May 2023. conducted online July 2024 included 380 currently working hospitals, who completed Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI), Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS), Brief Resilience (BRS). Multiple regression analysis indicated CBI explained 34.4% variance AIS scores, while an additional 3% by BRS. During the COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare workers have a high workload and been exposed to various psychosocial stressors. This study aimed evaluate health during pandemic in world. The method used this research is qualitative with literature review approach. data sources were taken from Scopus database using keywords "health workers," "burnout," AND "coronavirus" time range of 2020 April 25, 2022. From determination range, 150 documents emerged. revealed that Pearson correlation between total burnout scale scores on workers, professionals, exhaustion, mental, stress, personal, depression, symptoms, emergency, system, job, impact indicated overall associated depression anxiety. Resilience is an individual characteristic that protects mental health. However, its impact on the lives of Brazilian physiotherapists during COVID-19 not known. This study aimed to analyze whether resilience modulates perceived quality life (QoL) and subjective happiness (SH) who work with patients, compared those do not. A cross-sectional was conducted between 22 August October 2020. Physiotherapists working in critical non-critical hospital sectors were invited participate study. The participants completed sociodemographic questionnaires graded 14-item Scale, 36-item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36), Subjective Happiness Scale. In total, 519 enrolled low worked patients reported lower scores SF-36 subscales (except for social functioning) high did patients. ABSTRACT The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) placed an unprecedented burden on the global healthcare system, severely affecting physical and mental health of workers, particularly nurses. Nurses faced immense workloads, increased infection risks, uncertainty, public scrutiny. Despite these challenges, nurses were lauded for their dedication resilience in confronting pandemic. Many experienced mortality, morbidity, post‐COVID sequelae. This review integrates psychological literature from 2020 to 2022, utilizing Whittemore Knafl's integrative method. A total 22 studies met inclusion criteria, focusing how demonstrated during COVID‐19 crisis. Most reported a moderate level resilience, with mean score 62.54. Factors such as positive acceptance change, trust personal judgment, perceived competence, spiritual influences positively associated whereas burnout, anxiety, depressive thoughts negatively impacted it. Resilience was found mediate relationships between variables like stress, emotional exhaustion, quality life. suggests that administrations should foster healthy work environment, maintain optimistic outlook, establish strong connections frontline staff mitigate pandemic's impact. Providing supportive environments, training, interventions will be crucial enhancing future crises.
