pandemic,

workers

workload

to

psychosocial
stressors.

COVID-19

ABSTRACT
The
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID‐19)
placed
an
unprecedented
burden
on
the
global
healthcare
system,
severely
affecting
physical
and
mental
health
of
workers,
particularly
nurses.
Nurses
faced
immense
workloads,
increased
infection
risks,
uncertainty,
public
scrutiny.
Despite
these
challenges,
nurses
were
lauded
for
their
dedication
resilience
in
confronting
pandemic.
Many
experienced
mortality,
morbidity,
post‐COVID
sequelae.
This
review
integrates
psychological
literature
from
2020
to
2022,
utilizing
Whittemore
Knafl's
integrative
method.
A
total
22
studies
met
inclusion
criteria,
focusing
how
demonstrated
during
COVID‐19
crisis.
Most
reported
a
moderate
level
resilience,
with
mean
score
62.54.
Factors
such
as
