This study investigated how agile leadership played its role in managing inter-role conflicts during the chaotic period of COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to understand teachers' experiences in-depth on distance education activities held urgently during the pandemic and holistically reveal them. For purpose, interlocking single event pattern from case designs was used have depth meanings views. In study, a semi-structured questionnaire created as data collection tool applied sixty-six teachers with snowball sampling. Teachers participating in generally work at primary, secondary high schools. At end it revealed that interaction between students, student-teacher, teacher-parent urgent processes insufficient; there no socialization. addition, both students experienced various positive negative emotions, teaching content insufficient, lack technological equipment knowledge. However, an alternative, had some aspects for teachers. As result recommended design better, provide better communication channel teacher-student-parent, eliminate infrastructure problems, technical psychological support practices.

Employees’ turnover intentions and work-family conflict as a result of the hospitality work environment are considered major global challenges confronted by organizations, especially in era COVID-19. This study aims at identifying impact on (WFC), well examining potential mediating role WFC relationship between intentions, during COVID-19 pandemic sample three- four-star resorts Egypt. A total 413 employees from Egyptian destinations (Sharm El-Sheikh Hurghada) participated study. The conflict between work and family demands increased during the COVID-19 pandemic due to changes in lifestyle related lockdown. This study examines associations work-family (WFC) family-work (FWC) with work-specific, family-specific, well-being-related variables second wave of pandemic. results may be used practice improve well-being employees by adjusting home-based areas life dynamic sample 736 adults from Poland (53.26%) Ukraine (46.74%), aged 19 72 (M = 39.40; SD 10.80), participated study. cross-sectional was performed using an online survey, including sociodemographic variables, measures WFC, time pressure, remote assessment (RWAS), physical health (GSRH), satisfaction (SWLS), perceived stress (PSS-10), anxiety (GAD-7), depression (PHQ-9). showed numerous inter-group differences all across country, gender, relationship status, parenthood, caring for children under 12, working status. A high WFC is more likely among Polish workers (than Ukrainian workers), people a low level self-perceived symptoms stress. Caring can predict FWC. This study aims to examine the relationships between Internet addiction, depression, COVID-19-related fear, anxiety, and suspicion in graduate students. A total of 482 students pursuing a master’s degree educational administration participated study, which was designed according relational survey model. The data were collected using online questionnaires, proposed hypotheses tested analyzed structural equation modeling (SEM). results revealed that positively significantly predicted fear anxiety. In this context, increased due COVID-19 also their possibility they would exhibit depressive behaviors. However, positive significant relationship found depression. result confirms participant led an increase depression scores.
